My experience at Torburnlea Luxury Homestead surpassed all expectations. The hosts exemplified warmth and provided valuable insights into the local area. Throughout the stay, privacy was respected, and the ambiance of the homestead fostered a sense of profound comfort. Having spent two nights, I am resolved to extend future visits to three or four nights, a testament to the exceptional quality of this accommodation. Departing was met with genuine reluctance, underscoring the profound satisfaction derived from this unparalleled retreat.

We have visited this stunning house many times and every single time we have had an amazing experience. The house is beautiful, decorated with such care and attention to detail. Everyone at Torburnlea makes you feel most welcome and always make sure that your stay is memorable. The rooms have all the amenities that one needs for a 5 star experience. The breakfast is delicious and on our last visit we had such a fantastic dinner served in the most relaxing a**osphere. We will definitely go back and keep making special memories in this wonderful place.

I fell in love with this place! The hotel is luxurious yet very cozy. The service is impeccable. Dont miss Mr. Standford's dinner! The hotel is located in a very safe area. It close to malls/commercial centers and has an easy access to Kruger. The best part: the hotel provides five star safari experiences! Ask for Andrew (Nyuni Africa Safari Experience). What an absolutely awesome place. It is clean, comfortable and just serene. The hospitality also second to none. I enjoyed chatting to Mr. Stanford and the rest of the staff. It is just a brilliant place made even better by the people. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were friendly & warm at all times, even helping us plan out our itinerary for the couple of days we were over. This place is a gem! Highly recommended!!!

Just a superb place. B&B with welcoming owners and staff, great food, comfortable room with extra amenities. Unique, historical decorations. Tea and Sherry! Lots of grounds to walk along with a safe subdivision. Don't forget to meet Lucy! This is a rare jewel that I hope to return to!

Everything about Torburnlea is fabulous. It is a beautiful place to stay with the most incredible attention to detail. Kim and Andrew are wonderful hosts and Stanford and the rest of the staff are excellent. Breakfasts are carefully prepared and delicious with so much attention paid to presentation. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

A stay at Torburnlea is the best introduction to the Lowveld that one could possibly hope for. Gracious, luxurious, historic and refreshing, Torburnlea is the former farmhouse in what were vast plantations managed by HL Hall & Sons. Now this magical homestead is surrounded by a lifestyle village which allows for safe and peaceful walks within a secure environment, enjoying views of the orchards and surrounding ranges. The chef, Stanford, is superb and the staff friendly and helpful. Torburnlea is in the excellent care of Andrew and Kim Hall who have a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the lowveld, possible excursions and all areas of interest.

Wonderful, antique-styled house with beautiful garden in closed and safe estate area. Owner & management very nice - thank you, Andrew & Stanford. We booked room 3 and asked if we could see other free rooms. No problem to change to room 6 for the regular difference between these two rooms. Room 6 on first floor was great and big. Separate seating lounge with great garden view. Comfortable bed. Bathroom separated by full wall from ground to ceiling. Non-buffet-breakfast and dinner which was no problem because rich and tasty. Slight complaint for thin wall to room 5 which lets you hear what happens next door. These are the only 2 rooms on first floor, so booking both as a family would be perfect.
