the food is good,but could add more options,and the waitres is kind especially nazmul and they are so helpful,and the chef (i forgot the name sorry)its so funny and entertaining..room also great and the location in front of Nabawi Mosque..

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The bedrooms have all been modernised which was an amazing bonus. I have been coming here for 5 years and this hotel and staff get better each time I can't recommend this hotel enough wheter you are travelling alone or with family

Excellent food and services It's one of the best hotels I have ever been, the location is premium 👌 the service is excellent, the friendly staff, the smile and the warm hospitality, the room size is amazing especially we had triple bed room with two bathrooms which was perfect choice. The gust amenities in the room are very rich. The food quality and the variety are super delicious 😋 Really, I enjoyed the accommodation at this amazing hotel

Oberoi Medina exceeded my expectations by miles. Mr Kiyas and his team from Level L restaurant gave the best service to everyone as far as I can see. All the staffs were very attentive. They clear my plates as soon as I put my fork down, they ensure everything is tip top. I have nothing but good things to say about their restaurant staff. Food was awesome with such a good spread for their international buffet. It’s a different menu everyday. I wish my stay was longer so I can try all their cuisines. The room is spotless, housekeeping did an excellent job. Room is always cleaned on time, shower is clean, room doesnt smell. Bed is super comfortable with clean sheets. Location is the best. It’s less than 3 mins walk to Masjid Nabawi. I will come back for sure, Insyaallah.

Amazing food and service everyday. Kayas was amazing at greeting us and providing for us anything we wanted they went above and beyond to provide amazing food and service. Staff were very welcoming polite and at our request always . Very well presented fresh food

The hotel is by far better than many other hotels in terms of quality, details and staff warm caring , Mr. Kayas the restaurant manager exerted great efforts with the staff members to make our stay as comfortable and happy as possible. Thanks and looking forward to come back to Madina Oberoi

Came first in 1995 for umrah, 2000 for hajj, stayed recently in Jan 2024 and this May. Room has been nicely renovated recently… OK the Haram view room bit small but doesn’t feel like it… we inspect the suite and considering next time… oh their triple also great by having two bathroom..!!! Excellent service as always, especially at dining… Mr Kayas and his team, Zakaria, Ahmed, Sajahan, Aswan, Leon, Chefs.. cannot remember all but basically they all good Keep up the goodwork!
