This place has potential. But for the price I can’t really complain. Plus, it helps that the bed is actually really comfortable!

My husband and I tried staying here for a night and we spent 30 minutes running up and down the stairs because the key the front desk guy gave us did not work, the door too the room kept flashing red like somebody was already staying in there, we ended up switching to another room to walk in and see once against somebody already in the room, after the switch we just ended up getting getting a refund and leaving, it was a terrible experience

The hotel and rooms looked NOTHING like the pictures posted! The hotel and rooms were dirty. The carpets were NOT clean anywhere, No ice in the hallways. Trash in the dresser drawers. Only 1 towel for 2 people and 1/4 roll of toilet paper only....

This is one of the worst places to stay in the Merrillville area. The television didn’t work. The toilet didn’t work and they gave me a new room and the toilet ran in the new room the whole time I was there. The hallways were cold. Horrible. Some of the staff was friendly, but that was it. I know the price is cheap, but only do it if you have no where else.

Great Location, really pleasant and clean rooms but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.Highly Recommended!

The checking at this property was absolutely horrendous it took them 40 minutes to give me a room I went into the room and the room had been used by another occupant it then took them 25 minutes to change my room to where someone else was already staying so on the 3rd attempt they send me to a room that they cannot unlock and at about 12:00 from my original coming on to the facilities premises at 9:00 the four room was opened and there were no washcloths drying tiles and no remote control for the TVs but that was in any of the rooms that they had tried to put me in as well no ice bucket no cups yet there was a coffee maker one room had no bedspread but had a sheet another room had sheets but no bread spread or pillows this was a horrendous waste of money and I believe they have been falsifying documentation to ******* in order to make a speedy think they are better than they really are I do not recommend anyone staying here if you do it is at your own risk

I had nothing but trouble while staying here. The first room was a mess. And the second room had bugs in it.

No one was at the checkin desk when I arrived. Had to sit around waiting until someone showed up. My room key worked when it wanted to. Only one thin sheet was on the bed in cold Indiana in late November. Sheets and bathroom were dirty. The phone and one lamp did not work. A random guest was able to open my closed door without the use of a key card. Luckily, he left quickly when he realized he had the wrong room.

They advertised a breakfast, and when i went to get breakfast there was nothing out. Person said no breakfast here

Terrible experience! They gave a random MAN a key to my room. Terrible. No remote. No heat. TERRIBLE.. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
