ホテル チェントラーレ(Hotel Centrale)

The hotel was very fine. Location is in the Milano centre, near the Central railwaystation. Room was clean and bed was very comfrtable. Breakfast is best for them who loves very sweet breakfast :-) ( i prefer bacon and eggs). staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for two nights as part of visit to Milan. The hotel is as expected on *********** and other reviews. We stayed in room 214 that sleeps five people. The beds were comfortable and no issues with sleeping. There is no air-con in the room but there is a fan and windows have bars on them. Toilet ok , shower is very small but functional Breakfast is fresh croissants if you get there before 9 am , after that it’s the cheap supermarket version. There is also you yogurts that you can have. Be nice if there was at least a cereal selection and toast as this would not cost much for the owner to provide. Location wise it’s between 10-15 minutes walk to main train station and metro . The area is a little run down and does not feel the safest place at night.

Before 2 days they cancel my Booking, because my credit card is invalid ( the sale credi card I used to book). One month from my Booking and everything's is good..but before 2 days, they cancel my Booking and give my room to other with much higher price..

Before our trip, the whole family got sick with coronavirus. We called the hotel and asked if we could cancel the trip and get our money back. The hotel replied that "yes, of course, it's a valid reason and we will refund the money". But this was a deception. The hotel has not refunded the money and has not responded to emails or demands. Shifted all the blame to Bucking. The "conscience" of this hotel is worth 300 euros.

Where booked in this hotel for week 19-26 September 22, 2 days before our arrival told us visa card was not working so they cancelled our booking and told us to pay more if we wanted a room. We did the booking through ***********. Seeing the reviews its something that happened to other tourists. Don't book this hotel.

The hotel cancelled our reservation 1 hour before the arrival. When we contacted the receptionist and just questioned about the situation, he laughed and said that we should look for another hotel. Terrible comunication. Even if it was a system error or so, he could be more polite. A note to the receptinosit - if you don’t want to work with people - do not work there!!

Really bad area, rooms wasn't looks like on the pictures.. Everywhere tiles.. So noisy.. I was awake 5 in the morning becouse someone from next room was checked out and I heard everything from the reception in my room (on second floor).. For breakfast we get some sandwich and croissant from plastic bag.. We couldn't open the window becouse of the due to the noise from the street.. And our car was damaged on the hotel carpark..

Absolutely horrible. Avoid booking this hotel. My confirmation which I made 1 month in advance was cancelled by the property 2 hours before my arrival because of Invalid card details. They gave me a dead line of 2 hours to change card when i was driving the car to Milan. When I arrived to the city I called the hotel and told them that I come and pay them on check in with the card i did guarantee the reservation or cash, and that i need that room since I had to catch a bus early in the morning from Milan Centrale to airport. They asked if you want reservation it is more expensive now. I called booking after that, they also didn't help and adviced me to go directly to the property and try to deal with them. When I arrived i gave them the card and told once again that I just need a room to sleep over night. They told me that they prefer guest from booking and maybe possible take me if they have free room. They charged the card online of another customer and told me they don't have rooms for me. On *********** they still had rooms and asked if i shall make new reservation so that could accommodate me. I was told that i want to make them problems and if even i make reservation they won't take and they literally throw me away from hotel! This was the most terrible practice with any hotel I ever had. Absolutely awful. It was 10 p.m. and i was searching after that free rooms in Milan. The guy from reception was rude. Such personal should not work in hotel. I can't even say that it was an amateur. He was much worse. In other normal hotel the reception would help you find another hotel nearby, make a phone call and asked for rooms or qt least would asked me if i need any help... Non of this offered of course. They didn't even allow me to find another hotel at their reception. They told me to go out.

Ho soggiornato con mio figlio in questo Hotel x andare a vedere la partita a San Siro . Prezzo qualità perfetto x una o due notti a Milano Vicino alla stazione e alla metropolitana Somdrio .Hotel pulito con tutto il necessario Consigliatissimo
