It was an average room. Beds were very uncomfortable. It was very clean so that was a plus. The staff was nice. Ask for a handicap room. The room was small with a large bathroom.

We arrived early and the only room ready was directly across from the elevator. We told the very helpful front desk lady that we had an event so would be back late to get a better room. When we returned she was gone and the only room was a handicapped room. The front desk gentleman was less than helpful and merely handed us the keys—no info about WiFi, breakfast, etc. He also did not tell us we were getting a handicapped room.

Handicap accessible usually means a roll-in shower not a step-in tub. And ADA rules say there needs to be 36" clearance for a wheelchair. The door had no stop on it to hold it open. Soci had to fight with the door to push a wheelchair in and then fight with the furnitureto get to the middle of the room. Climbing over the bed to get back out. Forget about allowing my wife to enjoy a warm shower, it became another sponge bath. This is apparently the only type of handicap rooms they have.

The reason I am writing to you is to let you know about the behavior that Diego and Alex exhibited when I tried to present my complaint. Please be aware that both night auditors disrespected me. Diego hung up the phone on me while I was trying to explain that my room was dirty, with trash in the trash can and an unclean bed. When I went to the front desk and asked Diego why he hung up, he replied, "because you don't want to understand that this room was a room change." I told him that unfortunately, he should inspect the room before renting it again, and he said it wasn't his responsibility, mocking me with the other agent, Alex. These are the names they gave me; I'm not sure if they are correct, but they are the agents who worked the 11 pm-12 am shift. Please address this inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. While the working methods may differ, the Fairfield by Marriott should have the same standard For room changes room inspection before sale the rooms to other guests. Room 436

The easy check in and easy check out. Room was very clean. But the beds were a bit too hard for my liking.

It was very quiet even though we were near a freeway. Very comfortable bed.
