モンドルフ パルク ホテル(Mondorf Parc Hotel & Spa)

We stayed two nights. Pricey but unique. Very clean and well maintained. It can be crowded. We didn t find a room for Saturday,our third night. After check out we were allowed to stay in the spa the whole day,nevertheless. Easy access by car. Hearty breakfast. Quire a few bars and restaurants in the hotel installations. The village outside is very near. If interested,one can visit the nearby ******!

the service is cool and the stay also but the people on the pool make to many noise when they excersise there lessons on the pool, please down the music !!!!

We were staying due to going the 1/2 Ironman event. Hotel was lovely calm clean and happy our bikes were in the room. We used the spa facilities which were also very lovely The hotel also put on an early breakfast for guests doing the event so we could leave early and get the shuttle bus.

Very rude reception staff and so unhelpful A lot of staff training is needed

We booked this hotelin 2022 because of a wedding we were invited to in 2023. We got a prize on the phone and we asked for a conformation of our reservation. We had to call 3 times to finally get our confirmation in 2023. after the stay we went to the reception to check out and to pay. Big surprise though because they raused the prize without telling us in advance. Poor customerservice afterwards when we complained. So we strongly advise you to doublecheck the confirmation and their prizes before going to it. Another big disappoin**ent was the small breakfast for a 4 star hotel! All in all we can‘t recommend this hotel at all!!

Luxembourg was a nice gentle city break. Not exciting exactly, but pleasant enough. It was just good to be travelling again. All very nice. Safe. We thought we’d done all there was to do then we found this Spa resort. It made our weekend. Travelling from the city central station was easy., once we’d found where the bus goes from. The bus was free, as are all buses in Luxembourg. It pottered through the suburbs for half an hour then dropped us a two or three minute walk from the hotel. We didn’t want the hotel but we did want the geothermal spa. Lots of pools, bubbles, jets, saunas, streams . Inside and mainly outside. Swimming, floating, cooking, aquarobics, bubbling away like a suet pudding. Wonderful . Next time we’ll take robes (everyone else had them) but we thought they’d be supplied. We only had my emergency swimming towel in our bag as thought we could hire them; I think you can but we couldn’t work out how to do this. Saunas we’re mainly ‘continental’ apparel but everywhere else was in swimsuits. There was a very good pizzeria in the village for lunch afterwards. Then a bus back to the city feeling very clean and relaxed.

One of the best thermal hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful park around. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Numerous pools, saunas, and hammams that would satisfy any taste or needs.

The hotel was on average good however it should be a 4 star hotel NOT 5 star. Incredible gym. Food was OK. Hotel needs updating.
