Didn't actually stay here but had a paid and confirmed booking. To cut the long long story, the hotel denied me check-in on arrival and insisted that they had communicated to me about their cancellation. I check my email and realise that they sent me messages while I was mid flight to a few hours before I landed asking me to cancel the booking as they don't ahve staff. They said I'll get a refund. The demand for refund two weeks later bore more drama as I was informed that the booking is not refundable and that the hotel has declined since they cancelled when they couldn't reach me. A very detailed and strong letter to the booking site company copying some with accompanying documents secured my refund including taxi costs of driving around to get another place.

Hotel was good, Jason our host was amazing !!!! Jason went beyond his job to please every one of my family members by being very kind and helpful., he was always waiting for us and ready to. This place without Jason's customer service would just be another place to stay, Kuddos to Jason and the service offered.
