El hotel y las instalaciones espectaculares. Las habitaciones grandes y preciosas, aunque habría que cuidar un pelin más la limpieza, ya que como las paredes y suelo son de pizarra negra, no se ven bien las telarañas. El desayuno riquísimo y todo lo que ponen en la cafetería del lago también. Repetiremos sin duda.

Espectacular hotel en lugar idílico. Instalaciones fantásticas, super spa, piscina interior, restaurante de algo standing….tiene todo. Mi único pero es que a pesar de estar muy enfocado en el disfrute al aire libre si te pilla un día con lluvia vendría bien tener un gimnasio para estirar las piernas.

Abaixo das expectativas e dos standars para este tipo de hotel. Solicitámos o serviço de acender a lareira e ninguém o fez... O autoclismo do WC tinha um problema e ninguém sabia resolver....

Was compelled to write a review we stayed in 4 bed Villa and was blown away - infinity pool overlooking vineyards, grill, swingset, massive property - so modern and clean. This was a new construction built 6 months ago so maybe more new than other units. But wow stunning. The service was also incredible I thought.

The hotel delivers everything it promises. The location is outstandingly beautiful and peaceful. Every little spot seems o be perfectly designed to be comfortable and with a relaxing atmosphere. the pool and lake are great, inside pool as well. The breakfast is incredible with eggs and coffee to order and great selection of pastries, cheeses, fruits, honey, etc. We had dinner in the deck one night what was also great. The room is big and comfortable. No big deals but 2 things: - No towel handlers in the bathroom; - We had to ask for soap reposition in the second night. Be aware that you'll be around 30 minutes from Evora. Montemor-o-novo is about 5 minutes drive and has plenty of services there (but no good restaurants or touristic points of view)

A lot of positives, two negatives. I will start with positives: very clean resort, nice vibe, nice big suites, a nice welcome with a wine and fresh squished orange juice, great breakfast, nice pool and small lake with paddles. Two small negatives that we experienced: our suite was 30 minutes late then the check in time and as we had a long trip from Spain we really needed it in time. Also the pool towels were not available for an hour, we have asked , waited for a long time and then I needed to go and ask once again in a more „demanding” way that I do not like, however then it took 3 minutes to get the towels. It is always nicer if you can sort those things effectively. Besides those two small issues, a hotel that I would really recommend.

Very gracious staff ! They tried very hard and were very friendly…….not sure why they r having some not so great reviews…..it is clean lovely indoor and outdoor pool….we had a beautiful room with two fireplaces…..bfast had a great selection and we did have one dinner in the bar which was great…..but really the staff made the difference.

Not sure where to begin. Our experience has not been good. The property and rooms are good. However, this place is not worth staying at even if was at 10th of what you pay. The service is awful, zero choice for vegetarians and the spa…? It really is very bad; dated, no hot water for the showers and instead of feeling uplifting experience when you go to a spa this just makes you feel you want to leave immediately. For our first meal, we were charged different price to what is on the menu - they made us a simple risotto and a pasta dish (as vegetarians), we had no alcohol and our bill was c.£100 - so be aware.

The staff and service amazing. The hotel is starting to show her age but it is still a home away from home
