We had a great stay. Very private. Felt safe with the gates being locked and nobody can’t enter without calling the front desk.

The property is far from Morelia which was inconvenient for me I had to take a 20 min taxi every time. Also the solar water heating is unstable you have to be careful while taking a hot shower or you run the risk of being burnt while in the shower.

The room was completely different from what was advertised. It looked like a cave carved into the side of a hill, converted into a room. Mosquitos were terrible. We had to fumigate the room ourselves, killed mosquitos (an amount never seen anywhere else at other hotels), ants, and other bugs. Cockroaches were also found in the room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, shower head was clogged. Spent two nights there out of three. There was no AC, no windows to open and let air in. I have never stayed in a room like the one assigned to us, labeled as pet friendly. The only thing I noticed that possibly made this room pet friendly was the absence of floor mats. After complaining we were moved to a suite. Now, this looked a lot better but just old looking and in need of repair. We didn't mind that. The shower didn't drain properly, the water took a long time to drain.

We had a great time. Would stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful grounds. Beautiful and unique room. Customer service good enough. There’s room for improvement. Could use basic information about hotel amenities upon arrival.

El PEOR “hotel” en el que he estado. Todo está viejo, su master suite deja mucho que decir, la terraza está más sucia que nada, arañas en la habitación, terraza con sombrilla rota y vieja, el aire acondicionado no funciona y la habitación es un horno, escaleras peligrosas y pequeñas, las persianas están rotas y viejas y no cubren toda la habitación a las 6 am te da el sol en plena cara. El servicio de recepción PÉSIMO personas groseras que te corren de la alberca de mal modo cuando jamás te explican que la debes reservar antes. Te quieren cobrar por todo, hasta por tomarte fotos y la verdad sus instalaciones no valen la pena, jardines descuidados. Es un lugar con potencial pero lamentablemente el servicio de recepción y gerencia es horrible son groseras y se ponen a discutir, le hace falta demasiado mantenimiento. Jamás en mi vida volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Un lugar sumamente sobre valorado, el personal de recepción es sumamente grosero y no te dan solución, puras negativas, lo venden como un lugar de descanso y te hacen pasar malos ratos, el colchón súper duro, termine con dolor de espalda, renta una master suite y toda descuida, escaleras súper pequeñas apenas y puedes subir, el balcón súper sucio , la sombrilla rota, la puerta de la habitación cero práctica ya que al cerrarla el seguro está en el piso, la tina es para una persona y súper sucia , llena de mugre, ni hablar del agua , ya que sale muy caliente o muy fría, te ofrecen servicio para sesión de fotos en sus jardines y súper descuidados, el personal no te da toda la información y al querer usar la alberca te corren de una mala manera ya que no avisan que es con reservación, los pasillos súper oscuros en la noche, al querer usar la política de cancelación no te dejan, te ponen un sin fin de excusas. Realmente el peor hotel, servicio, no volvería jamás
