We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that combines Chinese tradition in its outside design with modern rooms inside. The people working there are super-friendly and helpful which put the cherry on the cake. Also, the breakfast they served was quite unique and very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place.

This is such an excellent and cosy place to stay before going up to Xiling Snow Mountain! The owner is so kind and hospitable. Made sure we were comfortable, upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were large group, and ensured our breakfast served was suitable for Muslims. We can use the kitchen to cook our dinner which she gave us complimentary condiments to use. She really went out of her way to cater to our needs. Amazing views of the river from the rooms as well! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will come again

The staff went far and beyond to keep us comfortable during our stay! The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

場所は良いです、フォーシーズンズホットスプリングバレーから徒歩わずか数分、温泉はとても便利です、環境はきれいです、スナックと朝食はよく準備されています、上司はあまり良くありません、チェックアウトの日は西の雪をかぶった山に行かなければなりません、そしてそれは非常に早く上司に迷惑をかけました私たちを町に送ってください、しかし、部屋のエアコンはあまり効果的ではありませんが、電気毛布は寒くありません。写真を撮るのを忘れました。要するに、華水湾では選ぶ価値があります。

An unforgettable experience. The snow mountain 🏔️ is close by for you to have a great skiing 🎿 🌨️ experience and the hotel is clean and Cosy. You definitely won't feel cold ❄️🥶 in winter, there are heated beds air-conditioning and the hot springs♨️ were awesome. My six year old daughter had a blast. We will definitely go back with our extended family.

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center, where you can take the cable car up to Yingxue Lake. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. About 1 km away, there is an indoor food street, and nearby you’ll also find a small shopping pedestrian area close to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center parking lot. The room has very strong and hot shower water, which is excellent. The room is spacious enough to open at least three 24-inch suitcases comfortably.

Very nice hotel. Need to take cable from bottom of the mountain (self pay). Luggage transporting up to hotel another payment of CNY10 each luggage. Service is fast. Check in experience is fast too. Requested go extra bed in the room, was inform they only do once a day so need to check availablilty. After checking, they mention can be done. It was place in our room after we came back from dinner. Environment is very nice. Bathroom flooring is heated too. Our room is using the overhead projector to see TV program. Internet not really stable therefore the tv projector sometimes get hang. One day before we checkout of the hotel, the projector is not able to off therefore we have no choice but to sleep with it on (not having a good night sleep fo that day). However, their service to your request is good. No phone in the room as you use WeChat to call for their room service. Overall, this hotel has a good location, good service and nice environment.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special.
