ゲゲストWe had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location peaceful and had beautiful views.
The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every detail was well prepared, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing too. I’m so thankful that they also serve halal foods.
Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

SSH_TanWe booked 2 rooms during our recent trip to snow valley. Both rooms are located just on first floor. All luggages are easy to move to room. Services, room cleanliness, food, activities to play snow are all very well planned in this inn. Fix timings to go 雾凇岭or 羊草山depending on your preference. We went to 雾凇岭excellent choice as it was more suitable for my younger kid of 5years old. When he grew up, wanted to come back to try the 羊草山穿越to 雪乡route. The food was so delicious. All home cooked and prepared from their in house kitchen. 小鸡炖蘑菇 is a must try. I cant find this dish made so delicious in city. Even my nephews and sis in law who are vegetarian for so many years, had given their endorsement on such a fresh meat and cooking skills foe this dish. We ordered once more after we checked out our rooms, as lunch, before we departed to another place. Room itself also comfy. Big bed. Separate toilet and shower area. It has stable hot water supply for showering. The boss and lady boss also very responsive to our msg via wechat once we booked the rooms, to ensure things are correctly ordered, explain the winter activities options to us clearly too. I also approached the lady boss for recommending and arrange a big car to ferry 7pax of us from Harbin city to their inn. Very comfy ride and easy to communicate driver too. Will definitely contact u via wechat days in advance to ensure things are fine and logistic arrangement to snow velley is well planned. Oh not to forget, i didnt arrange for 定制旅游行程。i planned all itinerary myself. So with clear communication from ladyboss, i was able to control the overall itinerary at ease. Traveling with 2 young kids and extended family with young teens, this inn is very suitable as it is so near to main stage at snow valley main street. There are alot of supermart selling cheap drinks and 蓝莓干too. Just next to the inn has a cheap supermart. Bought few 格瓦斯to chill at our room windowside too. Snow play/ activities are available behind the inn too. Just a stone throw away, and entrance tics were waived since our inn has a deal with the owner of the snow / ice park. Daily night activities all are included and it was fun to play. 泼水成冰，仙女棒，自制冰糖葫芦等等。
Thats all. This inn wont disappoint you.

NnurelyaWe love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation.
Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold.
The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay.
They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward.
In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged.
Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

匿匿名ユーザーWe had an amazing stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was cosy and just the right amount of toasty. Xiao Wang was so friendly and helpful during our stay too. She arranged a pick up for us from the train station when we arrived and guided us throughout our stay. We mainly went to ski and Xiao Wang gave solid recommendations on where to ski, helped us to secure tickets and even arranged for transportation to and fro the ski venue. Food-wise, there is a restaurant in the basement of the hotel which was convenient for us to have our meals at. I would strongly recommend this place!

CChan Soon CheeDo not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

ゲゲストConvenient location , ski in ski out. Ski rental is fast and easy pickup at the basement. Spacious and clean room. Hot water system in shower room need to be improved which is lasted for 1 person used and need to wait 20 more minutes for the next person. Buffet breakfast has enough variety and plenty.
