「ネットの口コミを見て期待はしていませんでしたが、道路の騒音を除けば、部屋のベッドはかなり快適でした。バスルームも問題ありませんでした。シャワーは広くて熱く、爽快でしたが、ヘアドライヤーが壊れていました。 ホテルは中央駅に近く、交通の便も良く、周りにはスーパーマーケットやレストランがあり、すべてがとても便利です。 個人的には、ナポリの街自体が良くないと感じています。汚くて雑然としていて、観光スポットもそれほど驚くようなものではありません。海辺の巨大な噴水の前の道路は修理中だったので、写真を撮ることができませんでした。6月20日はストライキでケーブルカーが止まってしまい、サンテルモ城に登って港やベスビオ山を見ることができませんでした。少し残念でした。 私のようにピザを食べに来る人も多いと思いますが、ピザは本当に満足できました。2軒続けてピザを食べましたが、どちらも美味しかったです。」

「We got the lovely queen room with the bath, the room look led exactly like the picture and it had a 75inch tv! All the staff were amazing and helpful and breakfast was decent with hot and cold selection! there was two issues we had on our short stay. 1. We had no electricity for 5/6 hours this was a bit annoying as we couldn’t charge any of our devices especially since we had work and it hit 40c in the room so extremely hot. It seemed that it was only one side of the hotel with no electricity (the buildings are old but we did pay for a premium room) it would have been nice to be offered extended check out for inconvenience 2. Leaving luggage - it was great that we could leave our luggage to explore Pompeii however we were told someone was coming to put it somewhere safe, when we returned the bags were left in the same spot right next to an accessible door it would have been devastating to have our belongings taken」
