A beautiful property with traditional Japanese architecture. Both the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable outdoor public onsen, as well as the very relaxing private bath (just be sure to book in advance!).
Most importantly, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Umakoshi. My husband felt unwell during the night, and she provided us with so much help and support. Thank you so much for your kindness!
Overall, a great place with a luxurious vibe. Dinner was great facing a green forest but we were placed in a table at the corner. There was an aircon light that was so bright it lit up the dark room in a blue glow, making it difficult to sleep. It’s a bit disappointing that the coffee section closes at 7pm so we didn’t have time to enjoy at all. No public onsen so relied on the one in our room.
