⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Muscat Hotel from 21st to 23rd January. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool area is great, with different depths (1.1 m and 1.3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great stay and a classic, reliable 5-star experience in Muscat. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

I had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable. The hotel itself is spotless, with immaculate attention to detail in every corner. My room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort, and the views were nothing short of breathtaking — overlooking the serene mountains and the city’s picturesque skyline. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a rich variety of delicious options that catered to every palate. From fresh local delicacies to international favorites, everything was prepared to perfection. The facilities at the hotel were everything one could ask for in a luxury stay: a world-class spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, stunning pools, and several dining options that offered an exquisite culinary journey. Overall, it was a flawless experience that exceeded all expectations. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would absolutely love to return and stay for a few more nights — one visit simply isn’t enough.

Удобное расположение рядом с аэропортом. Номера большие, очень чистые, все новое. Кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца свежайшие. Завтрак не брали, про него не знаем так как рядом Макдональдс :)

Extended my stay here for another week due to service, great location and staff. Location is in between to Oman mall and Avenue mall, if using Otaxi make sure you set your location to Panorama mall as setting it to hotel will only show premium cars

We had a nice stay. Great Breakfast, friendly staff and good location. Only issue we had was that the water in the toilet didn’t stop after flushing it. We told the receptionist and he said that they‘ll fix it, but nothing changed. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

部屋は悪くありませんが、設備は少し古いです。アダプタープラグを使用しないと充電できません。使い捨ての歯ブラシやスリッパは無いので持参する必要があります。部屋もとても静かでオススメです。

全体的に快適な滞在でした。翌日の朝食は美味しく、レストランのスタッフもフレンドリーでした。また、夕方のプールバーにいたエジプト人の男性は、サービスレベルを維持しながら、すべてのテーブルを一人でこなすなど、非常に効率的に仕事をしていました。 私たちは1泊だけ滞在しましたが、部屋の下の階のボールルームエリアから工事の音が聞こえ、受付に向かったところ、さらに30分かかると言われ、23:00に工事は終わりました。娘の睡眠が妨げられました。

ビーチ近くの静かな住宅街の素敵な場所。ホテルには敷地内に駐車スペースが限られています。公共エリアと部屋はきれいでした。受付係は、私が予約したダブルルームからシングルルームに縮小しようとしました。ホテルが実用的であるにもかかわらず、これを指摘し、エレベーターの隣にダブル......を与えられました。遮音性が悪いということは、廊下のすべての会話を聞くことができるということです。 ホテルの真ん中にある2階にあるプールを試しました。利用可能なタオルはありません。スタッフに聞いてみましたが、誰も来ませんでした。レストランは空いていて、イードだったのでバーは開いていませんでした。サービスは政治的で、豊富なメニューがありました。メニューの説明に追加のガイダンスが役に立ちました。 階下のバーやレストランも閉まっています。 朝食サービスのスタッフは親切で、ビュッフェに配置されていない代替オプションを提供しました。
