「Nice Experience. Enjoy ang mga bata in all activities and indoor pool. Maulan lang ng dumating kami kaya limited ang activities, pero bumawi the following day. Mababait at magagalang ang mga staff and may malasakit sa mga guests. May senior kaming kasama pero may available silang service para d mahirapan pag akyat Good place for barkadahan. Maraming akyatan para ma explore ang buong place pero sulit naman. Di available ang bonfire dahil umulan pero pede naman mag fishing Complete ang gamit sa kitchen. Must bring: towels, toiletries, sponge, dish washing, kitchen towels, tissue/paper towels. Pede magluto. Limited ang kakainan sa labas so better magdala ng food. We availed the Big cabin with 10 available beddings. Excess of 10, need to pay 500 per pax for set up of addl beddings, can accommodate up to 15 pax. 4 bathrooms. Maganda ipasyal ang mga bisitang galing abroad at makapagbonding ng matagal.Definitely babalik kami and will recommend to our friends.」

RreinajynThe hotel staffs were accommodating. However, upon checking in, supplies like tissue paper and bottled waters weren't sufficient with the duration of our stay. Yes, it can be requested, but we somehow expected to have at least 2 rolls of tissue for a family of five that's staying for 3d&2n. The location of the hotel is not really accessible for someone who doesn't have a car though they provide shuttle services around the vicinity of the hotel only (it is not what is advertised that we saw on socials). Ride-hailing apps aren't available in the area and metered taxi arrangements are too expensive for a short trip.
Free breakfast are also offered in buffet style and plated (depending on the day). It was good.
The Bar Cielo is something I would recommend to only have an experienced but not something to return to.
Amenities like games have a discount if you're an in-house guest. Heated pool and gym are the only amenities you can enjoy for free.
In a nutshell, the treatment of the staffs are great. The location and availability of tnvs makes the stay stressful. The experience to the hotel was worth coming back bringing our own car.
Ps. The road leading to the hotel is very steep.

Our stay at Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay had its ups and downs. Our room was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. It was spacious and featured an attic room, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful.
However, there were some issues that affected our experience. My sister found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, which significantly disrupted her sleep.
The breakfast served was adequate, though nothing exceptional. Overall, Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay offers a mixed experience with some room for improvement.

DDenciongFriendly and accommodating staffs. The place is so quite that is suitable for people like me who wants peace of mind. Since I book it on a Sunday, I could barely see other guests around and it felt like I booked the entire property 😅. Overall, a good experience.
