自宅で停電を経験したのでここに滞在したので、一晩だけ滞在しました。朝食はまともで、ベッドは快適で、部屋のテレビが特に気に入りました。私たちが遭遇した唯一の問題は、翌朝入浴したときにバスルームの排水口が詰まっていたことです。それでも、ジムと素晴らしい景色を望むプールがあるので、この場所をお勧めします。

チェックイン時の受付の対応は温かみがなく、対応してくれた男性スタッフは真顔で非常に事務的な態度で、私たちが知っておくべき法的用語の説明に終始していました。 全体的に見て、滞在はせいぜい平均的なものでした。

We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、周辺情報も豊富です。チェックインは24時間対応で、とても丁寧でした。 セキュリティ：ホテルでは安心感がありました。防犯カメラが設置されており、警備員が24時間体制で勤務しています。 主要道路沿いに位置しているため、アクセスも抜群です。道路沿いにあるにもかかわらず、車や車の音は全く聞こえません。ぐっすり眠ることができました。 水：他のホテルと比べて、水道水がしっかり出ているのが大きなメリットです。 レストランや館内の食事：現在は営業していませんが、GrabやFood Pandaで無料で注文できます。 客室：清潔。ベッドシーツ、枕カバー、掛け布団はとても清潔で、新品同様の状態です。部屋にカビ臭さはありません。広々としており、ベランダも付いています。冷蔵庫も利用できます。ケーブルテレビは2～3チャンネルしかないので、スマートテレビを追加できると嬉しいです :( Cr: バスタブがあるのは嬉しいポイントです。温水シャワー、ビデ、無料の衛生キットも付いています。 料金: とてもリーズナブル プール: ヒーターが必要です。 Wi-Fi: 接続良好

It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰 The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa. Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions! 部屋はとてもベーシックで小さく、歩き回るスペースはほとんどありませんでした。しかし、それは許容できるレベルの清潔さでした。本館周辺のウォーキングエリアはいいです。スタッフはフレンドリーで歓迎してくれました。翌朝、無料のウェルカムドリンクと朝食が提供されました。唯一の欠点は場所です。予約時に、それがそれほど遠くないだろうとは知りませんでした。徒歩圏内にファーストフード店はほとんどないので、三輪車に乗らなければなりませんでした。

During our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.

Kind staff and accomodating. Though di gaanong satisfied sa room medyo gloomy. Pero all goods. Gumagana din lahat ng kitchen appliances. Thank you.
