How can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

Been coming to Turkey for years and although a lot of hotels state they are 5 star they usually don’t live up to the quality of a 4 star in the UK.  This place advertised as 4 star and it compares to that of a high end 4 star in the UK, Brilliant little place! Washing machine/dryer, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Large Tv in living room and bedroom with Netflix and YouTube , a health spa with sauna, pool, gym and steam room, they have thought of everything.  The whole place is very modern and classy.  Staff were friendly and helpful, I would stay here again for sure.  If I had to say anything negative it would be the breakfast which I would say don’t bother about.  It was a choice of croissants and pastries and a hot drink and although it tasted nice,  it was very limited.  But there is supermarkets close by so I just bought breakfast to cook.  Really happy with my stay. Spent 4 nights here which were really enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location for you to explore Antalya and Kaleichi. Staff were extremely pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious, had more of a suite feel and the bathroom was totally adequate. We would recommend this hotel.

The highlight of our stay was without a doubt Seçkin at the front desk – a truly classy gentleman whose warmth, professionalism, and exceptional management made us feel instantly at home. His hospitality is beyond words, and thanks to him, we enjoyed an incredible upgrade to a room that was simply stunning. Breakfast here is absolutely outstanding – fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The location is perfect: just a short stroll from the ocean, a few minutes from the Old City, and in a very safe, central area. We have stayed in countless hotels around the world, but this one stands out as truly exceptional in every way. The combination of elegant comfort, flawless service, and warm human connection is rare to find. We are so happy to have discovered this gem in Antalya, and we can say without hesitation: we will be back very soon. This hotel now has us as loyal customers!

シティストレートホテルは、大きなテラシティショッピングセンターの向かいにあり、素晴らしい夜、アンタルヤのショッピングショップがあります。タクシーは正面に立っており、ホテルの隣にレストランがあり、交換オフィスは隣の通りにあります。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、夏にはプールや日差しにもアクセスできます。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。シングルベッドとツインベッドがあるので、部屋にソファと十分な3人用スペースがあります。窓は、小さなスイートを除いてバルコニーはありません。しかし、煙を予約することができます。部屋にはエアコンがあり、ベッドと非常に便利です。非常に難しいのは、電気を長く待つことですが、2つあります。このホテルは理想的で、大きな視点がなければ、清潔で快適になりたい、アンタルヤで買い物をして、それを押してください。

Everything was OK, but i got breakfast included in my package, and breakfast time was 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM. we went 9.30 no bread there no cakes when I asked they said finished also most of Staff not understand English. One other thing bad, they put fizzy drinks into room but didn't mention its charge able but we we check out that guy on receptionist he doesn't speak properly English which i could not understand him then he said to me you need to pay that much money for drinks i thought those were free bit argument because of misunderstanding which they are doing wrong either they shouldn't put drinks into fridge or should tell to customers straightforward. I think this is the wrong idea to make money that way. Also, there's a spa that includes hotel booking like sauna steam room, swimming pool there's some guys from hotel they miss guides for massage centre and charges 1800 Turkish lira for massage that free things they includes their time to robbed the customer that's no nice aswell I suggest to everyone don't go to massage from them just wasting money no professional people.
