Good location if you’re interested in the activities in the area.

Receptionist was very polite and bubbly. Room was clean and well maintained. Slept like a baby. Now for the bad. This was my 3rd stay here. First 2 times i had the suite and it was amazing. I opted for a cheaper room this time around. Around 9 30 pm my wife and I went to the hot tub. Receptionist said it was broken the day prior but if its hot and bubbly to enjoy it. When entering the room there was a large family in the pool and few more in the hot tub. We joined in the hot tub and began to unwind. The other guests got up and left after about 10 minutes. Then an older gentleman proceeded to climb in. Seemed cheerful for the smile on his face. However he began to talk. This man was DRUNK. I live in Wisconsin and this man was the most obliterated dude I have seen in years. He informed us that this was his neices birthday party and he was a maintenance man for the hotel. He spent 15 minutes through slurs and hiccups explaining how we, the guests who paid for it all, shouldnt be there. That he only had it on for his family to enjoy for her 14th birthday party. CONTINUED to ramble on between bouts of booze induced vertigo to gently but all the same accost us for having the temerity to utilize the hot tob provided with our stay. Now it is place to stay and I hope this was a one off experience. I recommend a stay here but leave your batheing suit at home or call in advance to see if this drunken lout still thinks he is the manager.

Good place to stay, not too far from anywhere. Pool facilities were good, room and washroom was clean and comfortable to live in.

Great spot for taking a rest after a long hike. Unfortunately hot tub did not work during our stay. All other - just great

Good: Big room. Good location. Friendly staff. Bad: Shower not clean. Hair in shower. Kitchenette poorly stocked. There was only one spoon, one plate and one glass. No can opener, storage containers, kitchen towels, hot pads and no measuring cup. Cupboards empty. Had to buy plates, spoons, can opener and hot pads. Huge disappoin**ent paying for a kitchenette but having to buy supplies. Could be a great place to stay at but only can give an average rating.

They didn’t offer any services while we were there. They did not change the sheets or give us towels or toilet paper. When the toilet clogged, they gave us a bucket and plunger to fix it ourselves. We will not stay there again. At the end of our stay, they advised us that they would not enter our room for any reason!

The bed & sheets were comfy. Pool, hot tub & sauna were nice & warm. Sheila was great at check out. Asked her about places to visit & she gave me advice & circled places on a map telling me how to get to them. You are lucky to have such a sweet girl working there.

1. The parking spaces are so narrow that it’s almost impossible to open car doors to get out of unload without banging into another car. 2. The reception clerk continued a phone conversation (using earbuds) with a friend, while I was trying to check in. 3. The door lock would not set into lock without slamming the door shut. 4. The dead bolt lock would not go into place (or open) without pushing on the door from inside the room. 5. The TV offered only 1 channel (BBC America). The remote had only 3 working buttons - power, volume, and mute. The 2nd night the TV would not do anything except power up. No picture, no sound. 6. The first night, housekeeping left their carts out in the hallway - a clear safety hazard. This is an older inn but has not been updated or maintained well. I would not recommend it, and I would not stay there again

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. The TV reception was intermittent. The cleaning staff in the hallway were very loud.
