ホテル シュロス ライナッハ(Schloss Reinach)

The hotel has a wonderful setting, with excellent restaurant and a superb breakfast. The waiting staff are lovely and friendly. However we were most disappointed with our small and quite stuffy room, situated on the ground floor overlooking a busy and quite noisy road where we needed to have the window open to get any air. I was doubly disappointed as we had stayed in a room on the same floor in February, which was similarly unappealing, and my husband who had been previously to vet the hotel rooms, assured me that on your return we were likely to have a better room. I would encourage anyone booking to make sure that they are not in the ground floor (odd number) rooms

Three good restaurants around a beautiful courtyard. Super spa and pool. Spacious (and fortunately) air conditioned room.

This is a really special place to stay. They had an elegant outdoor BBQ one night we were there that felt as fancy as a wedding. The service was incredible! My kids had an amazing time swimming in the delightful pool. Our family-style room was enormous and we had a lovely balcony. In the United States, a stay like this would have been much more expensive.

I would not recommend this hotel, the bed which I slept in was not clean, looked like somebody had trodden on it with thier dirty shoes. Also a few other things where not up to the standard. Next time I will choose a different Hotel in the area. The restaurant staff where also very unresonable and not friendly.

This hotel is overselling it's offer quite a bit. The hotel rooms are in two annex buildings, but not really in a "Schloss". Even the "Schloss" itself is more of a courtyard. Even leaving this aside unfortunately our stay was somewhat of a disappoin**ent. The service was sub-par - especially the reception was less than helpful and not friendly at all. Room service did not realize that the soap dispensers in our room were empty over several days and when we first took over our room there was still hair in the shower. Overall all these things might seem small, but it made it difficult to feel welcome and "at home" at this hotel. It might be a great business hotel, but for a vacation I would not recommend it.

Overall it was nice. The bed was not comfortable as it was two singles put together and they moved around when you slept. There was also nothing extra in the rooms, like coffee or tea. You pay a lot with not a lot of extra's...it was a basic room.

Good hotel, nice and clean. Very nice restaurant.
