ハネムーン イン(Honeymoon Inn Mussoorie)

I have had a chance to stay at Honeymoon Inn for my second anniversary and this has to be one of the best stays I have ever come across. Right from the process of booking a room three weeks before arrival to the last day of checking out, the entire process has been hassle free and seamless. Special thanks to Mr. Ganga who took special efforts for ensuring the smooth process of booking a room, he had also kept me posted regarding and new updates regarding my booking on timely and regular basis. The rooms have been one of the coziest with the view of the valley. The entire staff has maintained the cleanliness of the room. In the end I would like to suggest for all the couples to give this a try, specially for the rooms and courteous staff. PS. One can call directly to the landline of the hotel to book a room.

Excellent food and service, well trained staff with nice behaviour, location of hotel is at premier location of mussoorie.... Wonderful experience.... This is my second visit here in this hotel... Highly recommended.... Best view from hotel rooms, Rooms are cozy with decent room size...well maintained and hygienic...

The place is very good and is in the middle of the mall road.all the staff are very cooperative and food and ambience is good. Though limited breakfast the taste is good and house keeping is good. Location and view from the hotel is very good and is easily accessible.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

As a newly married couple, we absolutely loved our stay at Honeymoon Inn, Mussorie. All the ***aging staff and cleaning staff behaved with a great hospitality and made our stay very comfortable and memorable one. Special mention to the food provided, which was very healthy and tasty at the same time while offering different varieties on day to day basis. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place!

Stayed at the property in the last week of Dec 2023! Having stayed at this property before, it was an obvious choice but it didn't turn out to be anything similar to the past experience. We had booked a super deluxe room @ 7500 per night (due to peak season) & have regretted the decision thoroughly. The room was given at the base level so the view was not proper due to trees around. Parking at the premises is only feasible for small cars as we had an SUV & ***euveration is a major issue as the lane is narrow. The bed linen, bath towels are all very old & dirty! When we checked in, the washroom was not cleaned & we had a pathetic experience with the stuff lying in the wash area! Nevertheless, we tried the breakfast on the 2nd day & the experience continued to be bad. The food was absolutely tasteless & lacked quality! On highlighting the issue at the front desk, the representative was least bothered to acknowledge so we had to call for the ***ager. He did come & acknowledge the issue & assured that things would be fine in terms of bed linen & food but nothing really changed. Room service is also slow & they don’t have half of the stuff available that are part of their menu & as usual the food is tasteless. Even after highlighting issues, our room was not cleaned till 5pm on the 3rd day & we had to remind them again to do it. Staff seems to be careless as they forget to put half of the stuff after cleaning i.e. toilet roll, towels etc. than we have to call them up again to refill it. The worst part is they don’t even provide mineral water bottles in the room & no dental kit also. Overall a pathetic experience & definitely not the standard Honeymoon Inn had as I have visited their all three properties including Shimla & ***ali !

Everything was perfect from the first day of my stay to the moment my bags were put back in the taxi... from the staff who attended me in the reception to the ones who did my room and other service were soo good with their job and polite.. felt like home and will surely visit again✨

Do visit this hotel for the best experience with a nice location and view and food and staff and everything. I had an issue with my vehicle they helped me with that , The rooms were awesome , The best food location was good exactly on the mall road with parking

room with a lovely view ..... with lots of but like socket were not working , food was bit extra oily (ovelall recipe was good ), room umbrella's being not maintained and sometime not available beside these light problem all of the staff members were very cooperative n helpful which helped us forget all of the above problems special thanks to Mr gopi and all service staff like mr bacchan try to improve on above said thing all in all u were great at ur job
