Property , staffing , service was fantastic,I visited in Jan 2024 , food quality is good and service of food is more faster than your imagination, cleanliness was good , more at the end it was nice stay. Property is 2.5 kms above the normal road on the hill and have a great view , I would rather suggest to have good driving skills while reaching this property.

It’s a very peaceful and well maintained property, away from city’s traffic. The view of valley from the property is fascinating, only concern is the road which leads to the hotel, it’s little narrow. Food quality is good and staff is co-operating. The property should add on gymnasium, as it’s missing. Overall value for money property , will definitely come again.

I went with my friends and had a amazing stay. ***ager Dinesh was very cooperative and quite friendly. Food was delicious and had a great experience staying with the Hotel. Do visit Please do visit Quality and Quantity of the food was great Service was on time Nakul and anand really helped us and provided us with great experience during our dinner at plum Again thankful Dear Dinesh make us happiest our stay while entering hotel till Check out

I am here today itself at the resort. We book fern club premium room, they showed another room to us and gave us third class room in the basement. We are sitting in the reception from past 4 hours but the ***ager Dinesh is just making us fool. He is not ready to arrive at any solution. He is accepting everything that the room is not of same category but harassing us. Very irresponsible

The worst experience ever, it was a nightmare. We were a big group, they gave us different category rooms, while charging premium, when we asked to change the rooms, the ***ager Dinesh Thakur ,said there is no option and asked us to check out, at 9 pm, while we were with kids. Never experienced such low level hospitality. It was a traumatic experience. Never going to any of the fern property, if this is how they treat guests.

It's was amazing stay we had at fern hotel ambience was top notch service was fantastic hotel staff are very supportive specially thanks Mr Dinesh Thakur and Ms Vinita bhandari take care of us our family inteire stay hotel room specially fern club premium having beautiful view over all vally view plus mountain

It was amazing experience in Fern hillside resort as i was ***** with my family my kid enjoyed a lot there are ***y gardens in the resort where kids can enjoy lots of playing activities within the premises dinner was lavish and more of that breakfast menu has long list of varities .Special thanks to General ***ager Mr.Sinhaji who have arranged everything very nicely for us food quality and service remarkable chef Mr lalit has magic in his hands as every dish has its different taste front office staff and entire team of MR SINHA are making full efforts for their guests in eveeyways pool was neat and clean evening hitea was with karoke singing and you can enjoy your meal with music or screen on rooftop area..overall this hotel is a bundle of things which are required for family on vacation .5out of 5 to Sinhaji for arranging and ***aging everything in best way

Best location in bimtal view was too amazing .staff was very cooperative specially Mr Dinesh front office vary helpful and kind person, food quality was too good we stay 2 night in fern hotel with family we enjoy lot thank you for your hospitality.

The stay was excellent all the staff was very friendly the food was excellent and there was no delay in the service. Overall the experience was very very good and the view from the property was awesome. The receptionist staff was good the restaurant staff was amazing and the room service was on time . I would say if someone is planning to come then you are making the good decision.
