Excellent place to stay, so welcoming, drinks and nibbles at 17.00 every evening where you can chat with other guests and the owners, Esther and Tom. Bedroom had everything we needed and wonderfully decorated. Great choice at breakfast all freshly prepared by Esther. This is THE place to stay in Napier.

What a lovely place with such hospitable hosts. We received a warm welcome and quickly made use of the laundry facilities!. An extremely comfortable bed which was bliss after a day spent on the Bridge Pa wine trail, such a great festival with wine, of course! and wonderful food and music . Angie and Tom are so friendly and we very much enjoyed our chat over welcome drinks. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Immerse yourself in the impeccably renovated and lovingly restored period house on Marine Parade. Esther and Tom have created a sublimely welcoming home away from home bed and breakfast where no stone was left unturned. From the fine bed and bath linens to the towel warmer to the home made curated daily tea cakes and banquet style breakfasts. You will want for nothing whilst being transferred back to a more genteel time of relaxing conversation with your hosts and other guests and relish in the time honored and valued traditions of fine living of a bygone era. The nightly evening turn down service w/chocolates accompanied by the silver tray of port wine was priceless. And all this a mere stones throw from the most exquisite historically preserved Deco town I can recall peppered w/wonderful restaurant choices. A most memorable visit!

This is the most welcoming, comfortable, and high end B&B one can possibly stay in World Wide. Total luxury, so very thoughtfully designed. Esther & Tom could not do enough to make your stay feel exceptionally special. Very clean accommodation, luxurious linens and toiletries. Even snacks to greet you in each room, following tea and homemade cakes when you arrive, together with a nightcap surprise. Every recommendation or request made was greeted with enthusiasm with an accurate and unbiased opinion. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations with so many well thought out details. We felt at home and so comfortable. The beds are soooo comfy. Esther and Tom treated us like family. We loved our chats with them. They also served the most delicious breakfast spread every morning. The B&B is in the perfect location to walk to many restaurants and shops. We wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be back!
