コーブ イン オン ネイプルズ ベイ(Cove Inn on Naples Bay)

It was a nice enough stay, but two real gripes are that #1 the internet service was very difficult to get on to. After trying for half an hour with no success, went to the front desk for help. The girl behind the desk couldn't have cared less about helping, or explaining why there was no service. After another half hour wait, I did connect. But service very slow. Gripe #2 . . . $30 mandatory "Resort Fee." Give me a break. Management should realize their guests aren't the ****** they must think we are.

Nice location with walkable restaurants and shopping. Updated renovations of facility. Has pool. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Mixed on rooms with great balcony views and full room amenities of fridge microwave and coffee maker with pods, but small cockroaches in bathroom. Swarms of bug bites when outside.

They were very quick to repair the flood damage from the hurricane on the 1st floor units which had about 8" of water. New floors, New Tiled Shower, New everything.

Due to hurricane Ian they are recovering however they seemed to be charging even for room service they say there is a bad smell due to the red thighs however it only happens in the balconies nowhere else in the dock ******* rates are $100 lower than booking the hotel directly overall it was a good experience and dining and bar are working fine although rooms are smaller and showers doors don’t close right the Cove inn is very well located close to the beach and nightlife

This was a side trip for us after a business trip. The old school ambiance was wonderful. It will only get better as they recover from the hurricane damage. Meet some fantastic people from all over. The attached cafe is a must to each breakfast. The Chckee Bar is too good to be true.

We were at the Cove for two weeks. Great location Great pool and Tiki restaurant. Ate at the coffee shoppe every morning super nice people and food. We also dined at The boathouse 10 times. So convienient!!! We will be back! Very enjoyable!!!

Loved the location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Pool with the Chickie Bar was very convenient.

The location was convenient and easy to find, close to old town in Naples. The property should be commended for their quick restoration after the flooding from Hurricane Ian, aside from some obvious areas in the lobby under repair the guest room area was very clean and in great shape.
