The room smells, and the single bed looked strigt into the bathroom where the toilet was. Our TV didn’t work so the chef came in to fix it, accused me on setting it up wrong, huffed and puffed for about mins and then left! In the morning the same receptionist spoke to Us like we were intruders. When she served me a cup of caffee, she put her hands around the rim of the cup (total hygiene fail)! I refused it, but she didn’t understand why! When I asked for a refund she wrote a rather unpleasant return. It’s not the kind of welcome Narbonne tourism needs !
