この場所は比較的偏っていて、そこよりタクシーが少ないです。ホテルはラフヒード駅から1.2kmです。冬は毎日車で行くのはとても不便です。このホテルは中国人には良くありませんが、このホテルは比較的安いです。もう少し暮らしたいなら、メトロタウンの方が便利な方がオススメです。その隣に小さな駅があります。リージェントプラザと大通華スーパーマーケットもあります。中華料理を食べたり、国産料理を買ったりできます。他のことはそこにもっと多くの中国人がいるということです。食事や買い物に便利な北京語が話せます。結局、そこには大きなショッピングモールがあり、車に乗る方が便利です。

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. 最近ビジネスでここに滞在しました。場所は、高速道路1に近いバンクーバー地区のビジネスに非常に適しています。巨大なギルフォードモールの隣。ホテルは非常にきれいで、山の素晴らしい景色です。素敵なシャワー、非常に快適なベッド、広々とした。クール ロビーのバーミックス。非常に快適な滞在。フロントデスクのスタッフは優秀でした。

バンクーバーの千年の熱が爆発した時、私はすぐにホテルに滞在しました。これは毎年夏休みにここに滞在していたので、部屋は十分に広く、ホテルスタイルのアパートメント施設があり、ペットを連れて行くことができます。流行の期間中は掃除されませんでした。朝食は部屋に送られました。簡単ですが、とても親密なお菓子は温かく、リンゴの品質はとても良いです。

数年前にここに滞在し、その経験は素晴らしいものではなかったが、そんなに長い時間だったので、レビューが一般的に良く見えるように、もう一度試してみると思いました。チェックインとチェックアウトのフロントスタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧で、すぐに私のダイヤモンドのレベルステータスを認識しました。チェックイン時に持っているクッキーはとても美味しいです。家に書くことのできない中、清潔でよく保管されており、全体的に安全を感じました。駐車場は超狭いので、大きな車スペースがあればどちらかの側に来るのは難しいかもしれません。ロビーと共通のエリアと廊下はすべてきれいに見えたし、最新のものはまったく問題に気づいていませんでした。部屋はきれいで、よく保たれていました。しかし、部屋には2つの問題がありました。1.ベッドは岩のように硬く、私にはまったく快適ではありません。私はソファベッド(ベッドを隠す)キングサイズの通常のベッドよりも快適であることがわかりました 2. ライトの備品は、光の着色に基づいて部屋をオフに見えるように柔らかい白、日光の電球の混合物を持っていました。朝食は、Comfort Innシリアルオートミールフルーツペストリーなどを見つけることができる通常の運賃の良い選択をしました。温かい食べ物には卵とジャガイモが含まれていましたが、卵は明らかに粉末卵で、基本的には食用にできませんでした。私は1噛み、もう胃が空いていませんでした。ジャガイモは冷たくてゴムがいっぱいでしたが、少なくとも食用にでき、実際のジャガイモでした。クッキーを用意する人もいれば、朝食の担当になるはずです。私は隣のティム·ホートンズからより良い朝食をとりましたが、健康状態はやや悪いですが、少なくともそれは本当に暑くて本物の食べ物であり、おいしいコーヒーを飲みました。全体的にホテルは素敵に見えます、そしておそらくいくつかに適しています、私にとってはそれは一晩だけ良かったが、私はおそらく戻らないでしょう。
