This is a great place! If you want to see Broadway shows, you couldn’t find a better location. Super friendly helpful staff 24/7. Shows literally next door on both sides. Unit with full kitchen and en-suite washer/dryer. I will absolutely be staying here again!!

It was amazing experience from the front desk welcoming to the rooms. I would like to thanks Esther the manager that made the stay smooth and easy. Every-time i needed to extended my stay she was so helpful and understanding the situation. Thanks to ceasar and migaul front desk guys they are amazing..

Had an excellent stay at the AKA. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels in NYC & this is as good as anywhere. Very comfortable & spacious accommodation and extremely quiet - so surprising given that Times Square is a 30 second walk away. Staff are welcoming, personable & great fun. A real & welcome addition to such a fabulous accommodation. We loved meeting Kevin, Cesar & the gang every day. They made our holiday extra special for us & helped us all, particularly our twin boys, settle in to the hustle and bustle of midtown New York. Loved every minute & look forward to coming back again soon!

overall everyting was very good... Kevin at the reception adds special value to this establishment through his positive and hospitable attitude. rooms are spacious, location is great... Lounge and business center very nice.. We will stay here again

AKA Times Square is in an excellent location for tourists. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were on the second floor facing W 44th Street. One of the windows did let in a bit of a draft but we had the heater on, and the room was warm. We heard a lot of noise from outside, but it is near Times Square after all. All of the staff we dealt with were lovely, especially Kevin (a ray of sunshine). We will definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay and location when visiting NYC. Our 2nd stay here and this one was just as good if not better than before. Very spacious apartment, immaculately presented and every member of staff we encountered from the Cleaner to the flamboyant Kevin on Reception did AKA proud - well done all & thanks for making our 2nd stay at AKA so memorable!! Really hope to be back again some day!!

The best experience in an Hotel in Manhattan never seen A very special highlight to Kevin, the front desk boy, is an artist with all the letters. The staff were very friendly, kind , warm & welcoming. I enjoyed my stay at AKA, the apartment are spacious, well maintained & clean. I stayed in the studio suite & it was great to have a stove & fridge for the days when l felt like cooking. Hotel location is at the heart of Times Square & close to subway & main streets.

Great Location. Big rooms. Everything’s clean. Staff was always kind and friendly. Everything in our stay was great. Ten out of ten. If you ever go to New York, and want a great place to stay in an unique location, you gotta come here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent staff. Our favorite home away from home. Cesar and Ken are terrific hosts. Convenient location close to business hub, restaurants, broadway and tourist attractions. Not too noisy even though it is close to Times Square. We look forward to returning!

Our family were at first unsure about staying in midtown, Times Square and when I saw the photos of AKA apartments and how spacious the central sitting areas are, I was tempted. We stayed for over a week and found the facilities modern, clean, spacious and very quiet. The staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and have any help we needed. The terrace level coffee and European breakfast was also great and we got to mingle with other international guests - some travelling for business and others with family. Highly recommend.

The AKA is located just a two minute walk from Times Square. Its location is so central making you literally just a stroll from so many attractions (and the subway if you need to go further afield ). Being serviced apartments meant we had the facilities to prepare our own meals if needed (usually breakfast) and that was not only convenient, but saved a lot of money. It also has its own self contained laundry - super important when travelling with family for more than a few days. The separate living room meant any early risers and late finishes don’t disturb those who want to get some sleep. The apartments are on 44th street so have no views. What makes it really special is the fantastic staff members. They are warm and welcoming, knowledgeable on a huge range of the city and its attractions . We spent Christmas at the AKA a year ago and it was a great experience.

Went to AKA Times Square for a family vacation, our first time in NY, this hotel was perfect for this situation, made us feel like we had an apartment there. They even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. It’s so close to time square but at the same time you don’t hear a peep when you’re in the room, sometimes I’d forget that I’m in downtown NY. Tina checked me in when I got to the hotel, she’s so nice and professional, didn’t have any issues repeating instructions to me or any of my family members. Kevin is amazing, so courteous and friendly, if you need extra pillows at 2 am or getting instructions for any nearby place, Kevin is your guy, he’s really sympathetic. I’m a morning person but their pillows and bedding are so good and comfy I had to think twice if I really wanted to wake up early. Clifford checked us out, he’s so kind and helpful, he gave us a discount for the parking and helped us with our luggage. I can’t wait for my next vacation to go back.
