「The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.」

「Clean room and toilet. Water pressure is good. Air-conditioning is okay but at night is abit stuffy. Air-con seems to be controlled but still acceptable.. Bed is comfy and there is 2 pillows. Cons is that grabfood driver is not allowed to enter. They have to park at the guard house and walk in or we have to walk out..hope they can allow them to come in nearer to the main entrance. Will stay here again.」

「I went with my hubby n daughter, amazing connecting room was arranged. Room is so clean n good deluxe size. With impressive nostalgic view. The staff at the lobby, he has extended his assistance to us by bringing us to cross the road over to the opposite pharmacy to get some medication. We gratefully appreciated his help. There is even lobby with fifa football matches screening n the fruit juice is so well prepared service to us. Love this hotel n its location. Plus have all the staff with their sincere smiling faces, definitely will go back and stay. They also have wellness spa with reasonable rates in the room. We went for the facial wellness at a reasonable price.」

「The plug socket at my bed side was not working. I asked to fix it and it was fixed. However the rectangular lighting at the toilet was flicking all the time. I asked to fix. It was not fixed. The flicking was probably due to a more complicated problem and it would not be easy for the electrician to fix it.」

「Kalau menurut saya dr room sedikit krg bersih cat cat nya udh kotor, wastafel cuci piring gk bs d gunakan. Peralatan dapur seadanya, kamar mandi biasa aja view nya ok lah bgs buat kita bisa liat kota nagoya. Pemandangan mlm ok bgs indah bisa mau at Meliat permainan gokart. Arah kiblat gk ada wifi gk bisa d gunakan TV hanya youtube aja, padahal hr special anniversary kami jd kurang memuaskan tdk bisa nonton siaran apapun wifinya gk bisa d pakai hilang timbul. Jadi menurut saya biasa biasa saja.inj klo untuk apartemen ya. Terimakasih」

「Room location is great with many eateries n near to market. However service from housekeeper was no good. No housekeeping as stated in booking daily housekeeping available until we complained. No water bottle replenished. Basin is dirty n choked. Shower head is too high n couldn't be adjusted. Given another pillow was dirty with stain without cover..Wonder how to sleep on it. Spouse's leg was cut by sharo edge of bed. Pot was rusty how to use. Tissue paper was changed to small sheets from big sheets..not professional at all. Though we complained however glad owner or manager took efforts to rectify but still no water bottles replenished. Should give us regardless if we bought. Room with good view but appreciate better provision n housekeeping since we stay for 3 days.」

「ジュニアスイートルームには大変満足しています。サービスとスタッフの対応、清潔さは素晴らしく、部屋、ベッド、トイレはどれも清潔でピカピカでした。いくつか気になる点を挙げるとすれば、シャワーの水流が不安定で、シャワーヘッドのホルダーが緩んでいたことです。 朝食は、料理自体は悪くなかったのですが、どれも冷たく、温められていませんでした。特にコーヒーはほんのり温かい程度でした。スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。朝食は、早朝の空腹時には温かいものが欲しかったので、改善を期待します。」
