「The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.」

「The hotel's receptionists were warm and welcoming. However, we were disappointed to find that we couldn't order a Grab from the lobby since it wasn't a designated pickup point. This meant we had to take a short walk to the main road, which was quite inconvenient, especially when it rained, which was often during our stay. The hot weather made it even more unbearable. The hotel's new furniture and cabinets emitted a strong smell of VOCs, which we tried to alleviate by opening the windows during the day. Although the corridor was tiled, it was dirty when we arrived. The next day, the cleaners mopped the long corridor, leaving it quite wet. The elevator was also located far from our bedroom. On the positive side, our unit was spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. The amenities were good, and the value was excellent considering the size of the unit, which was around 70 square meters.」

「Checking in was a nightmare to us. We arrived hotel for checking in around 4pm and we found there was long queue for registration. No choice we have to join the queue. After 15mins queuing, we heard the hotel staff shout to everyone in the queue: ”All your room won't be ready soon! It might take more than two hours. We just want to ask for your patient!” No apologies, no explanation. Since the room couldn't be ready that time, we decided to come back later for checking in. We came back to the hotel for checking in around 7pm. Unfortunately still long queue. It took another 3 hours wait for successful checking in our room. Realized only one staff working at the counter and this was definitely hotel management arrangement issue. Think twice for choosing this hotel for your stay especially during peak season.」

「このホテルでの滞在は本当に最高でした！到着からチェックアウトまで、信じられないほど美しく、手入れが行き届いていて、どこもかしこもピカピカに清潔でした。穏やかで家族向けの雰囲気も、私たちの体験をさらに楽しいものにしてくれました。 ハイライトの一つは間違いなくプールです。大人用と子供用に分かれていて、どちらもとても清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。家族でそこでたくさんの時間を過ごし、大人はリラックスでき、子供たちは楽しめました。 部屋は快適で整頓されており、きめ細かく配置されていました。すべてが新鮮で心地よく感じられ、心ゆくまで休息し、家族との時間を楽しむことができました。 最も驚いたのは価格です。これほど質の高いサービスと設備で、とても手頃な価格でした。家族での滞在は本当にその価値があり、あらゆる面で満足感でいっぱいでした。」

「プロ:アパートは非常に新しく、空きユニットがたくさんあり、廊下やエレベーターでかなりほこりっぽいです。これは、アパートの場所に対する私たちの第一印象です。とても清潔できれいに装飾されていました。場所に関しては、市内中心部に近いので非常に便利でした。アパートの前に歌のフェアがあったのは幸運でした。とても活気があり、楽しかったです。 欠点:エレベーターの待ち時間が遅すぎます。駐車場への入り口は1つの入り口だけで、1つの車のブロックと全体の交通停止に遭遇します。駐車場のランプを上るのはかなり狭いです。 全体的に:滞在するのに快適な場所でした。」

「The stay was good and very suitable for small families. The room was clean and well filled with amenities, we stay one night comfortably and cozy. Will visit again during next trip.」

「Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.」
