Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

From the spotless lobby to the well-kept corridors and shining lifts, every area was immaculate. My room was perfectly clean and fresh, with crisp linens, dust-free surfaces, and a gleaming bathroom that made my stay comfortable and relaxing.
It is clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining such high standards. Their dedication and effort have truly enhanced my overall experience, and I would like to commend your staff for their outstanding work. MM L Leeホテルは、ミストレス アレイとベル タワーのダウンタウン エリアまで徒歩圏内の好立地にあります。買い物や食事に便利です。特にホテル前の川沿いの散歩道はとても美しく、早起きして散歩することができます。
部屋は中程度の広さだが、設備は比較的古く、利用可能なコンセントは 1 セットのみである。とても不便です。食べ物はかなり美味しく、種類も豊富です。この価格なら比較的コストパフォーマンスが良いと思います。再度検討されるかもしれません。
唯一の欠点は、飲み物を飲み残したままテーブルに放置すると、翌日アリが現れることです。ちょっと怖い。
ただし、trip.com のシステムの問題かもしれません。広告の部屋タイプにはバスタブの写真が付いていますが、実際にチェックインしたときはバスタブがありませんでした。これにより、消費者、特にこのタイプのバスタブを注文した消費者は、広告が誇張されていると感じてしまいます。

匿匿名ユーザー2 rooms, 4 pax, 1 toilet. Toothbrush, toothpaste not provided, bring your own. Shampoo provided feels the same as the body wash which ends up leaving the hair extra dry. Bring your own toiletries if you’re staying here! Location wise is good, easy to get a grab around. There’s a nearby ecosave that you can get water and snacks from. It’s also the only building that stands out at its location, being at a height of 20+ stories? Attached the view from the apartment! Very easy to contact the owner and easy to find the mailbox to get the key cards out. Didn’t explore the facilities like the swimming pool etc cos no time. Wouldn’t mind staying there again!

- エレベーターがないので、階段を上って荷物を運ぶ必要がある

Nnik nur najiha最高ですが、トイレにパイプがありません。イスラム教徒としてはちょっと不便です。シャワーには温水と冷水の両方が出ます。部屋と場所はとても美しいです。
バスルームのあまり良くないシンクが出てきません、おそらく壊れています。ただし、Concubine Lane、Book Xcessなどの近くにあります。駐車場はそこのお店のエリアに駐車できます。
