Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

匿匿名ユーザーMy 27th married anniversary Ipoh staycation. Booking a night after holiday from Pahang. Ipoh Bali Hotel is amazing experience for me. I hardly sleep at hotel bed but in this Ipoh Bali I have no doubt to sleep and I have try my bathtub spa and massage before check out. The room can’t find any dirty spot. Very clean and cooling without on air cond too. Very recommended for honeymoon or married anniversary stay. Try to avoid bring kids🔞. Cause you will spoil the calm environment 💝 the hotel only have 12room from villa convert to hotel. So you need to book early for nice room with koi fish pond. I only stay a night at Ipoh so we didn’t go much place cause raining day. We only go Tasik Cermin and buying some souvenirs at Panglima Lane. We decided to stay at hotel for truly enjoy the facility. Very nice hotel definitely will come back again.

ゲゲストFor the price, I think it is a reasonable option. However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. They only cleaned 1. I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.
All in all, it was a decent stay. Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

ゲゲスト2泊4部屋を予約しました（12月11日～13日）。午後3時以降にチェックイン。チェックインの際、フロントのスタッフは、家族が過ごしやすいように4部屋を隣同士にする手配をすると言いました。しかし、そのうちの1部屋（部屋番号621も伝えられた）はまだ清掃が終わっておらず、20分後に鍵を受け取れるとのことでした。部屋の準備ができたら、メッセージまたは電話で知らせると言われました。私と家族は近くのイポーパレードで食事をしました。午後3時53分にホテルからメッセージを受け取り、スタッフのKai Junから、部屋の鍵の準備ができたと連絡がありました。当時はまだ食事中だったので、食事が終わってからホテルに戻るつもりでした。午後6時過ぎから7時過ぎにホテルに戻り、鍵を受け取ろうとしましたが、621号室に欠陥があり、提供できないと言われました。その対応には非常に不満でした。部屋に問題があるのなら、なぜ電話で知らせなかったのでしょうか。謝罪もなく、ひたすら責任転嫁するばかりでした。再度問い詰めて初めて、621号室はすでに他の客に売られていたことが分かりました。別の部屋でも構わないのですが、なぜ最初から本当のことを言わなかったのでしょうか。ごまかしで問題を解決しようとするのはなぜでしょうか。もし本当に部屋に問題があるのなら、なぜ他の人が泊まれるのでしょうか？前提として、フロントはすでに私に部屋をロックすると言っていました。その後提供された635号室は、トイレのドアが内側から鍵がかかっていました。なぜ星付きホテルでこのようなミスがあるのでしょうか？部屋を顧客に渡す前にきちんとチェックしないのでしょうか？フロントに戻り、部屋の交換を要求すると、フロントは最初、2部屋をまとめて7階に交換すると言い、まだフロントに立って待っていると、隣のチームが他の客に部屋を渡したため、交換できないと言いました！ホテルフロント自体に内部のコミュニケーション問題があり、それが顧客に影響を与えています。本当にプロフェッショナルではありません。簡単なチェックイン手続きで、私たちは何度も上下階を行き来させられ、少なくとも30分もかかりました。謝罪は一切ありませんでした。最終的に別の部屋（606号室）が与えられましたが、目の前はスタッフのパントリーのような場所で、隣は非常口でした。部屋の中ではドアが開く音がずっと聞こえ、深夜でも同じでした。1泊400リンギット＋税のホテルなのに、防音は格安ホテル以下です。606号室には使い捨て歯ブラシと歯磨き粉が1セットしかありませんでした。チェックイン時にフロントに予備の毛布を頼みましたが、毛布には肉眼で確認できる髪の毛が付いていました。これが星付きホテルの衛生水準なのでしょうか？当初、「ブランド」ホテルを選べばそれに見合ったサービスが受けられると思っていましたが、期待を大きく裏切られました。非常に残念です。

LLi Johnnyレストランのデザインはインダストリアルスタイルで、スタッフはフレンドリーで、スタッフにいくつかお願いしたいことがあったのですが、快く対応してくれました。ホテルの立地は観光地に近くなく、近くに大きなショッピングモールもないため、旅行にはGrabを利用する必要があるが、イポーの消費指数は低く、運賃も安いため、影響は大きくない。

Nnik nur najiha最高ですが、トイレにパイプがありません。イスラム教徒としてはちょっと不便です。シャワーには温水と冷水の両方が出ます。部屋と場所はとても美しいです。
バスルームのあまり良くないシンクが出てきません、おそらく壊れています。ただし、Concubine Lane、Book Xcessなどの近くにあります。駐車場はそこのお店のエリアに駐車できます。
