「The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!」

「The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!」

「We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.」

「The hotel was located in good place, very close to the mall, including cannal view. It is really pretty both day and night. Most of the equipment is prepared on kicthen so no worries about it. Also we had a problem in logging in netflix but the manneger replied to me fast, so we had enjoyed watching it. It will be a nice place to sleep fpr 2 or 3 days here.」

「Though A TINY BIT hard to find/accesss, the staff (including gate guards) and host went far beyond expectations to accomodate my arrival and check-in. The faciity is lovely and secluded from nearby busy streets, and the unit is charming, well appointed, and immaculately clean. Hostess Dwainne is a 5-star host. A definite re-book」
