We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.

The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

良い点：立地が良く、アメニティも充実、ホストの対応も迅速。部屋は清潔で、シャンプー、ボディーソープなどアメニティも充実。眺めも良く、エアコンも正常に作動しています。ドアは電子ロックです。 悪い点：[1] 洗濯機がない（長期滞在にはおすすめしません）。階下のコインランドリーはひどく遅く（洗濯物1キロに3日かかることもあります）。[2] リビングルームのテレビは映らず、寝室にもテレビがありません。[3] オーナーのせいではありませんが、コンドミニアム自体の状態が悪く、廊下は暗く、エレベーターは遅く、駐車場の床はカビが生えて湿っています（悪臭がします）。[4] IHクッキングヒーターなどの家電製品用の電源コンセントがありません。 提案：[1] 長期滞在者向けのアメニティとして、洗濯機を追加してください。[2] キッチンエリアに延長コード/コンセントを設置し、備え付けの家電製品をゲストが使用できるようにしてください。[3] 日差しを遮るために、明るいロールアップカーテンを遮光カーテンに交換してください。特に夜更かしする方にとって便利です。

Stayed 2 nights. Heart of the BGC with great view of the golf course. Certainly could use a few repairs but overall it was a great place to stay and I’d go back regardless of the few issues. Biggest pain was on checkout when we couldn’t leave our bags for a few hours. Would stay again regardless.

I had made the mistake of booking a property using Agoda, that was a disaster as they didn't endorse our stay nor respond to messages! I then found this place in Trip...and the situation went from disaster to glorious peace! Maggie was simply AWESOME 😎! I booked, was endorsed, checked in, and resting in the apartment in less than 20 minutes!!! The place is very comfy, with everything you may need, all in great condition. My only suggestion would be to spray insecticide a bit more frequently because we came across 2-3 small bugs around the kitchen area. Nothing dramatic, I honestly just can't think of anything else that could be improved. Massive thanks from us. I hope I can stay again soon!!!!

The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!

部屋に入ると、すぐに部屋がきれいで維持されているかどうかを確認します。しかし、床にほこりが多すぎて、スリッパを履くことができません。バスルームをチェックすると、バスタブが見え、ポンプの1つに汚れていて脂っこいものが流れているかどうかを確認します。その後、シャワーエリアの周りのタイルの端は、手入れが行き届いておらず、ティッシュが使用されていることがわかります。全体的な外観や部屋はソファに最適で、エアコンでさえ本当に部屋を寒く感じさせます。好きな部分の 1 つは、化粧鏡があるメイクアップ サイドで、テレビは良いレセプションがあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、訪問者を許可しますが、滞在できる場合に限ります。全体的に良い経験ですが、この地域の清潔さが悪いため、正直なレビューをしなければなりません。また、価格は2泊の1泊には安すぎて、本当に手頃な価格で、もちろんそれだけの価値があります。

Fourth or fifth trip to BGC. Always stay in these condos. Only minor issues with the room, such as no hand towel. Love the area and this location is near to everything. Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

広々としていて、ロケーションも便利です。部屋はプールの近くです。ソファと布団が気に入りました。枕と毛布もたくさんありました。調理器具とカトラリーも用意されています。水も問題なく出ます。 不満があるとすれば、ホストが積極的に連絡を取ったり、少なくとも私たちがすでに落ち着いているかどうか確認してくれたりした方がよいと思います。ホストに連絡がつきにくく、ロビーのフロントデスクは迷惑な存在だと感じました。 また、建物の廊下（部屋の外）はカレーのような刺激臭がします。 スマートテレビにはNetflixはありませんが、他のストリーミングサービスはあります。視聴するにはノートパソコンをキャストする必要がありました。
