Excellent stay ... second time of using ..lovely clean rooms ..very comfy bed ..very tidy ..extremely helpful staff that go out there way to help .... nothing to much trouble ... good location ..already booked for next stay ... by far the best I've stayed in while in stoke ..very good value

We booked on the expectation of breakfast but when we tried to book for the morning we were told by the staff that they did not do breakfast on an individual basis.The tv did not work until we complained to reception who fixed it.No bowls or plates were provided for our self catering breakfast.

We arrived as a group and were allocated Bungalows 1 and 2 upon reaching them we discovered they were in the rear carpark. Entry and exit to our apartments were in the carpark with no pavement or barrier meaning cars are driving in and around the doors at one point an adult and child in our party were narrowly missed by a reversing car. Our apartments were no the most clean with milk stains on the worktops and dirt and hairs in the bathroom also the sink in the bathroom didnt drain so was unusable.The beds were clean. We were out most of the day and returned late in the evening with very cold wet kids to discover our heating in the apartments didn't work. We called the night porter who was quick to attend but couldn't fix the heating following instructions via an engineer on video call she tried her best but couldn't get it running, there was no other rooms to accommodate our party so she returned at 11 pm with two inadequate blow air heaters. To say we spent a cold uncomfortable night is putting it mildly it has a impact on our day out and returning journey home. I emailed the hotel and had a response saying it had been passed to a manager and they would get back to me within 48 hours 9 days later another email sent and still no response, very unhappy poor service. I will include photos of the dirty in the bathroom and worktops and photos of the door entry/exit and how close the cars are to it.

First time staying in an Aparthotel and would definitely would recommend Lymedale Suites. We booked direct with the hotel, which was cheaper than going through third party suppliers, booking in was easy and staff friendly and helpful. The room was big, tv, wardrobe, computer table, bedside tables, counter with stools. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The kitchenette is basic with 2 ring electric job, fridge and microwave. Only one saucepan and frying pan. Everything was very clean. There is some road noise but not enough to bother us. There is a good bus service into Newcastle under Lyme. Would use again if in the area.

What a lovely place to stay! So, so pleased with our rooms - my daughter and my dad thought exactly the same. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed and slept so comfortably. Lovely staff and excellent affordable prices. The restaurant attached was brilliant - a whole range of lovely meals available again all at amazingly good prices. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a nice outside part where we could also sit. I simply could not recommend this place enough.

I was traveling for work. Lymedale Suites is perfect for families that need a kitchen or if you are in the area for several days and want to save money by preparing your own meals. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The wifi is strong. Beds are good.
