My daughter and I had an amazing time staying at the Attwater hotel. It was so beautifully decorated made us feel at home in the common area where we got to hang out for a bit. Our room was upgraded to a suite and it was huge! After a day of walking we fell into the comfiest bed- probably the best sleep we had in a hotel. We did encounter a slight issue at front desk but it wasn’t handled professionally, fast and with compassion. Can’t wait to come back!

My only problem was being on 3rd floor with no elevator, next time will try to get 1st or 2 nd floor.

We loved staying at the Attwater. It is well decorated, clean and very charming. We were upgraded to a jr king suite which was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, lots of space with a mini fridge, large shower, sitting room with a TV and desk. It was quiet and lovely. The breakfast is very cute though we opted to go out. We will definitely be back!

Pretty good but not quite the promised level. Hotel and rooms look great but not as good as appear on website - a lot is at surface level without real ‘depth’. Nobody at hotel at 5.30 for check in which was unnerving. Apparently messages sent same day but, hey, Im on holiday not reading emails!!! Seems its all basically run by one person plus breakfast & cleaning staff. Breakfast good as far as it goes but quite limited. Small room, small bathroom, no view. Very noisy in room ac unit. Very noisy fridge. Not really worth the ‘design’ premium in the end

This was our second stay at The Attwater and we plan to be back again in the future! Great location, friendly staff, variety of options for breakfast and other nearby restaurants.

Property was very nice! Staff were amazing! Love that it’s off the main drag but in a super walkable area. Only downside was that I booked a room with a tub, and there was no tub to be found- the description for the rooms needs to be updated by the hotel. Otherwise would recommended!

The Attwater is a lovely inn in a great location just off Bellevue Avenue in Newport. It is an excellent value.

Beautifully modern decor and maximum comfort! Our stay in the Lark Suite was wonderful....no stairs, beautiful rooms, and wonderful bath! Convenient to all of Newport's wonderful sites, and restaurants! Would always stay while here while in Newport.

The hotel was very over priced given the condition. Where do I start. No in room coffee, No water pressure. No parking on site. The television in the sitting area was the size of a PC monitor. All the furniture felt cheap and uncomfortable. There was no elevator and the hotel was barely staffed .
