Very pleasant and peaceful stay at fortune heevan. Shubufa zubair riyaz at chinar cafe served us very well. I stayed for two nights. Food was decent. Breakfast was very good. They have very good gym. Badminton court and extremely good spa at affordable rates. The hotel is little overpriced but since it’s srinagar every hotel is overpriced

Great stay with supportive and familiar staff. Nice property to long stay. Value for money. Specially thanks to shagufta, Iqra, riyaz and sameena. They all have helping and smiley nature. Rooms are neat and clean. House keeping staff have also good nature.

The property is very good. Clean rooms we stayed in club executive rooms. Good food. The badminton court is superb. Staff is polite and helpful. The location is also close to dal lake. The buffet breakfast has good variety and taste is excellent.

This has been an unforgettable experience for us. The hotel is a little old but that’s what makes it feel homely. We have had a great time at this place. It’s located close to Dal Lake but away from the noise of the place. The restaurant and housekeeping staff has been very nice and has catered to all our needs making sure our stay has been memorable. I would like to say all these people mentioned below have made our visit to Srinagar a magical experience. Good service was delivered by Shagufta , javeed ,Rayaz, Sameena . Food was good with south indian & north indain combination. We will visit in future again to your hotel. Room service also was the best , hotel has the best view. Food arrangement was good

Spent 3 nights with my family at ITC Fortune Srinagar. Had a lovely stay. Was upgraded to Deluxe rooms and Suite every time. Mr. Uzair was very helpful while making the booking and very helpful in finalising my itinerary and also booking a taxi for us throughout the stay at Kashmir. He also booked our stay at Heevan Gulmarg and Pahalgam which are their sister concerns. Both these places were very good. Ms. Ifra at the front desk was super courteous and helpful. The staff were very prompt in response to our needs. Mr. Zubair in Chinar restaurant also was very sweet and catered to our requests especially for noon chai when we requested a taste. They have a well lit badminton court, a TT table and a gym for recreation. The breakfast was very tasty with a good spread of Indian and continental dishes. We had dinner at Chinar and Earthen Oven during our stay. Food was delicious. Thanks to the chefs behind all this. Overall a very memorable stay and I would easily recommend this place to others and would love to stay there again.
