The food was not the best tasting and there were little to no entertainment apart from that it is a great place to stay

As an ******* VIP guest, we were upgraded to a Honeymoon Ocean View room! I loved the views, service was amazing, and the overall food options tasted great everywhere. Property is clean and family friendly for those with children.

Me and my family had a great time at Moon Palace enjoying all of the amenities. The cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better, but overall we had a good stay.

The property was clean. My family and I were warmly greeted by the bellman. The property is clean and mostly well kept. They had enough restaurants to have a variety of options. The spa experience was wonderful and my courtier Tanaania was awesome. However, my husband did a pedicure it was poorly done. The next day his feet look so bad you couldn't say he had a pedicure done. Most of the VIP perks wasn't available but overall it was a good experience. I would recommend to visit this hotel and would still give them a second visit

I loved the food and the service. All the people were absolutely terrific and friendly. The not-so-good: it wasn't the cleanest. They try to upsell you at check-in and also at the checkout! That was a first. The most disappointing was the kids club. It opened at 10 and you had to check out your child from noon to 1. So you sat at the pool just checking your watch. And my child could not be convinced to go back after 1. So my husband and I got two hours to ourselves a day. Please consider extending the hours of the kids club. Also the beach was small and clearly artificial.

Loved this resort. It’s very clean and modern. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff was very nice. The food was amazing. Even the buffet food was really good. I would definitely come back and check out their other resorts.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the resort, its amenities, and the delicious food. Monique, the excursion helper by the pool, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with booking our excursions. She was not only funny and friendly but also took great care of us. Alwayne at the Italian restaurant and Kevin and the buffet restaurant provided exceptional service, being very friendly, respectful, and pleasant throughout our dining experience. Christopher at the hibachi restaurant was truly outstanding, delivering an unforgettable performance and making my birthday celebration memorable. The ambiance and food at the hibachi were superb, and every dollar spent felt worthwhile. I absolutely adored this resort and will definitely return. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this top-notch, five-star establishment!

Okay, need more Jamaican food and snacks. Less Mexican food and snack. It’s a Jamaican resort, not Mexican.

I stayed there with my husband and two kids and can't say enough great things about it. The staff and service at Moon Palace were incredible. I was worried because some of the reviews I read were that the service wasn't great. It was my son's birthday while we were there, and they decorated our room, made a reservation at Momo, and even decorated our chairs in the restaurant. Anyone who found out about our son's birthday made a big deal, even the churro guy (who is incredible and doesn't even want you to get out of your lounge chair as he will bring them to you), which was terrific. The activities were great; the dolphin swim was incredible. Our kids loved the florider surfing activity. The food was delicious. The buffet was typical buffet food, but the restaurants were excellent! We are already planning our next trip back. It is truly a fantastic place to go for a family vacation.
