Wonderfull! Excellent breakfast, good room, nice wellness and friendly ladies! I was with me, myself and I, and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. And now I need more than this to fill the review, but that is something I don’t like. I hope that this is still oké….

Location and terrace of the Hotel were great and so is the breakfast and pool facilities. But: The room we were appointed to was dirty from the last occupants, we got no excuses :(, but an upgrade to an Air Conditioned room, which ended up to contain a mobile AC device with a loose exhaust pipe hanging outside of the window! This underpowered machine was so loud that you could not run it during the night, so we had bugs in the room because of the open window. In the room coffee machine without coffee cups same for tea. Clean room though. Pricy Dinner: burnt vegetarian dish and a tiny amount of lovelessly made fishdish for high prices with slow service (sweet personell I must add). Sorry Hotel Rosep, never again here!

WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE BOOKED We booked 2 rooms for 2 people for 2 nights for 815euro with specific request for air-conditioning. Upon arrival it became clear that none of the rooms had a working airco, temp. was 29°C in the room! The receptionist did his best to fix the problem but only with a partial solution. One room got a mobile airco but was filled with bugs very soon because of the pipe that had to go through the window. The second room got it's airco fixed (for only 1 night) but the machine was of such poor quality that the temp. never dropped more than 3°C and the second night it collapsed. As a result, our second night was horrible: 1 room filled with bugs, the other without airco because the machine was broken again. After discussing this with the hotel, they only offered us a reduction for a new booking. It is clear that we do not want to book here anymore, so that was it. We never got a full solution for the airco, neither a refund and all this for a booking with 1 specific request. It's a shame ! After 8years, we won't be booking here again.

The room was very nice and bed was so comfortable! New and stylish bathroom. The dinner was amazing like drinks and wine assortment also. And after the night we had tasty breakfast. There is good Spa with 3 different types of sauna and swimming pool. We were very pleased!

The hotel is situated in a great location lots of green. We booked a deluxe room but on arrival we were told that they were completely booked full and they gave us a comfort room which was a lesser room. The room was not clean with lots of mold in the bathroom and and remains of poop in the toilet. The dinner was not very good because our salmon was dry but the breakfast was good. We asked the lady at the reception what they could do for us regarding the room but the manager told us the the type room we booked was based on availability and that was is, totally not appropriate as a customer. This will be our last stay at the Rosep and will book another hotel next time in Oisterwijk.

The location is lovely, the terrace and the gardens very nice. Breakfast was great, loved the tablecloths and the fabric napkins! Lovely breakfast room, lots of choice. The room and bathroom spacious enough. I also had dinner, which was not so great. I ordered salmon with asparagus - the asparagus was not fresh, tasted like from a tin. The butter sauce tasted artificial, not very buttery. Chips were great. Price not worth it!
