SureStay Hotel by Best Western Olathe

There were people yelling outside at 1am 2am 3am. The bathroom wall had a hole in it. The floor in bathroom wasn't clean. They painted the door frame and never cleaned up the globs of white paint on the floor. The staff was very friendly. The carelessness upon updating the room makes you wonder about the rest.

Connecting rooms had doors that did not lock. Moved rooms and toilet was dirty in new room. Took shower a good 10 minutes to get hot. Outside area had trash and beer bottle caps. No pride in appearance and unsafe to be in connecting rooms when doorlocks did not work.

Staff was extremely friendly, great service checking in. The room was clean. While property was in a quiet area, we could hear people walking by our room and people walking above us. Could also hear plumbing noises from nearby rooms.

Nonsmoking room may be nonsmoking now, but can definitely still smell years of smoking in the room. Bathroom floor had a puddle with hair in it, slipped and almost fell when entering the bathroom. Definitely an old and not well cared for bathroom.

I was disappointed in the property and the room for what we paid. It was more like Motel 6. Breakfast was subpar. Staff was nice though

no paper bill, they told me ******* will give me staff so nice and ready to help i needed the internet

Staff was friendly and room was clean, although there was some minor damage in the room. Room didn't smell bad, but outside reaked terribly of **** and there were several people outside late at night.

Forrest at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Would recommend anybody stay here if they’re in the area and are looking for a great deal on a room.

The motel and clientele looked sketchy and we were slightly nervous to stay. The stay ended up being fine but I wouldn't stay there again.
