"I booked a room at the Candlewood in November 2023 for a weekend stay in mid April 2024. On 4/13 I got a call from the manager, Shawn, saying they were overbooked and moving me to their sister property 15 minutes away. I had specifically booked this hotel because I’m running the marathon and wanted to be close to the race. I booked through ******* so, unfortunately, it’s non refundable. My friend had booked the Candlewood as well (not through *******) and she got a call today that they couldn’t accommodate her reservation and they were moving her to another property even farther away. Don’t book this hotel unless you want to deal with a place that doesn’t know how to honor reservations."

"Asked for 1-2 floor, got fourth floor. Pillows and bed horribly uncomfortable in room 440. A beer at their bar was $8.45 for a bottle of Mcelob ultra. The tv remote didn’t work. The gym was super nice great clean equipment. Besides the gym not worth the price"
