Playa Venao is an incredible beach that does not insist you surf! Great location. (be aware that google maps will take you to the wrong hotel, if that happens, ask around for directions) Room was comfortable, outdoor pool was great. Close to many great restaurants.

Amazing place, great service and staff, great for surfing, remote working (good internet), and just exploring and relaxing. Good food. I definitely recommend this place! You can rent surfboards- tons of surfers there- can relax and keep to yourself or hang out and meet people. They have good music and events with a dj and beautiful structures in the evenings.

This is a wonderful oasis. It is located in a cove so the scenery is beautiful. Check in was quick and pleasant. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. We ate at their restaurant and everything was delicious. Walking on the beach is great and relaxing in the pool is nice with a view of the mountains and water.

Great place! We had an excellent upstairs king room with a large balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. There was seating and a hammock to catch the afternoon breezes. The room was lovely and very spacious, with sliding doors to the balcony and windows overlooking the grounds. The king bed was very comfortable and there was a small closet to hang clothes. The bathroom had a big roomy shower - hot water was hit and miss but did not affect the pleasure of staying at this place. The staff were very, very helpful and kind and they all spoke perfect english. The restaurant too was very good (not so much english here) but the food - especially the Israeli influenced dishes were wonderful. If you stay here - you never have to leave! Oh, and the beach here is HUGE!

We came for two nights and stayed for a week.. * we got the suite with balcony with the ocen view, amazing! * the rooms are super clean and beautiful, * the location is the best, very close to the main surfing poing & kahuna surf club * the staff was super friendly, 24/7 support via whatsapp in english buttom line, this was the sweetest start for our huneymoon, thank you so much!

The only hotel in playa venao with rooms right on the ocean. The waves put you to sleep at night. Very clean rooms, well designed.. anything you need is provided. Staff is very helpful .. would come back for sure!

This resort hotel expects you to put used toilet paper in the trash can and not the toilet (In the name of saving the enviromnent). Despite this, they will not clean your room (and remove used toilet paper) unless you schedule it one day prior. However, the staff were very nice.

My stay at El Sitio was amazing! they deserve a 100/5 to be honest. Everyone was helpful, nice and polite. Front desk, restaurant staff goes above and beyond. I’ve ask questions and they have helped in every way possible. The room, pool and restaurant was so nice, Not to mention that the location is WOW! I would definitely come back.

Other than thumping Rave-Music at absurd decibels one night, this place was great. There was no need to have the music that loud as there was literally nobody in the bar and this is a hotel, not a nightclub. Otherwise, this place is really nice.
