What a truly wonderful experience staying at Trentham house was From the moment you arrive at your beautifully decorated room or at the end of the day sinking into the sumptuous bamboo mattress it is fantastic Our host Joanne made us feel so welcome,more like friends than guests The rooms amenities and cleanliness were second to none and breakfast was everything and more including fresh milk and complementary chocolates in the fridge and even dressing gowns I have definitely placed it on my list of places to stay again100% 10/10

Just returned from a lovely stay in Paignton. Just me and my 8 year old and Trentham House couldn’t have been nicer. Great location for exploring everywhere, immaculate room, delicious breakfast, lovely touches and Joanne was a superb host. Highly recommend

A little gem of a guest house, very well presented and super clean. Breakfast was served to a very high standard, with many full English options. The host was super accommodating to our late booking even prepare us an early breakfast due to work commitments. Very much looking forward to a return visit.

We only stayed. one night but it was lovely. This isa really beautiful guest house tucked away but close enough to all amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for Joanne the room we stayed in was lovely and certainly gave us a few ideas. Breakfast there wasa brilliant choice of hot and cold and this again was to a high standard and again nothing was any trouble for Joanne We would most definitely rate the guest house a 10/10 and will stay there again. Thank you. Joanne.

This bed and breakfast is immaculate, modern, and very clean. I have stayed in a lot of BandBs and this one more than matched any other. I cannot stress enough how clean this place is even the smell is wonderful. The missus even asked me what do you think the smell is as it is wonderful and we would like that smell in my own house!! Thank you

Booked again for next year. Room 3, 1st floor family room, en-suite, spotless clean, blackout blinds, comfortable bed, extremely quiet, had the best night’s sleep. Plenty of tea/coffee refreshments in the room, and a fridge with fresh milk and bottled water. A minute walk to the sea front and sand in your toes. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Paignton.

Second visit to Trentham Gust House and better than ever. Hostess Joanne has significantly improved the property both internally and externally since our last visit. Our room was absolutely great, plenty of space and spotlessly clean. Location is perfect; very close to everything that Paignton has to offer but just nicely sheltered from the hustle when you want to relax. Breakfast was perfect and a great selection to choose from. We will return again for sure!

It was a fantastic and lovely stay, we couldn’t ask for anything more. Joanne was the perfect hostess, she looked after us and made us feel very welcome, nothing was to much. Lovely clean room and lovely decor. It was a fab breakfast, can’t wait to return very soon. Definitely recommend!

Joanne was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The hospitality tray included a bottle of water, which I thought was a particularly lovely touch. The breakfasts were wonderful - absolutely perfect fried eggs each morning!! I would definitely stay again and would recommend Trentham House to everyone
