多くの場所のように、良いと悪いです。まず第一に良い。ホテルはマリーナのそばの素敵な場所にあります。レストランの食べ物は全体的に平均以上でしたが、スタッフは疲れを癒しませんでした。それが私たちにとって終わったところです。フロントデスクは失礼で、ほとんどの部分には役に立ちませんでした。質問や食事の場所の推薦を聞くたびに、彼らは迷惑に思ったようです。私たちは2つの部屋がありました。1つは煙の匂いがし、もう1つはカビの匂いがしました。ACは部屋でめったに寒くなりました。ホテルは最近更新されたようですが、部屋は汚れている/ほこりがたくさんあり、多くの地域で実行されます。水の景色を支払う場合は、特に週末に非常に大きな音を出す準備をしてください。繁華街があり、窓の外にはパーティーが多い。アメリカ出身なら、洗濯布が無いことを期待。ヨーロッパでは珍しくなく、このホテルも別にありませんでした。最後に、フライトがキャンセルされた友人のために3番目の部屋を購入しました。このホテルは私たちを返金しませんし、私たちが「それは私たちの方針です」以外の説明を取得しようとしたときに私たちから離れました。

ホテルはシチリア島の高級ホテルと言えます。もともとこのホテルを予約していませんでした。 Ctripで予約したホテルに非常に不満だったので、一時的にこのホテルに変更することにしました。シチリアでの休暇はあまり影響を受けませんでしたが、追加料金もかかりました。

ホテルは、メインのショッピングストリートから歩いてすぐ、旧市街やすべての主要な観光スポットまで歩いてすぐの場所にあります。 部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っていて、スタッフはとても親切で、朝食は特にお菓子の面で健康的なものでした。リコッタケーキは素晴らしかったです。

繁華街に隣接しているので便利。部屋は最低限必要な設備に留めているため広く感じる。フロントは丁寧。レストランを紹介してもらったが、ピンポイントでの紹介はなかった。

Probably the worst hotel I’ve been to. There were many things that were not up to standard and few points that outline that this accommodation does not even qualify for 4 stars as advertised: - We received completely different room from what we agreed and paid for online - Room was very old, small, dirty with loads of mould in the walls and ceiling - whole room was full of this smell which affected night sleep and comfort - the moment we returned back to “hotel” - smell was unbearable and at times, difficult to breathe - Housekeepers wouldn’t replace our bedsheets - they will just tuck it in even if they were dirty - Staff is rude, doesn’t speak in English even if they understand it what is asked. We missed our boat trip cruise because evening staff couldn’t guide us through with the questions we had from their own booklets that they advertised - we been informed to come back in the morning - the moment we came in the morning - we were told that this is too late and we should have consulted earlier, night before?? attitude was terrible and reception is not helpful at all We tried to talk to staff at reception but they weren’t helpful - simply pretended they don’t understand what we are talking about, especially elder gentleman This “hotel”, its condition of rooms and service level of staff is maximum 2*stars, how could you give yourself 4*? For bed and breakfast type of accommodation? Lovely hotel overlooking a piazza. We booked a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. It is centrally located with bakeries, restaurants, shops and history right on your doorstep. Although it is a busy road, as is all the center you cannot hear the traffic in the room. The photographs of the Hotel absolutely do not do it justice at all, it is so much better.

The hotel is very basic, no kettle in the rooms virtually no lounge area, just two sofa's in the corridor between reception and restaurant. The staff were pleasant and the sheets were changed every 3/4 days and towels daily. However, the restaurant was a huge problem. We have stayed at hotels over Christmas in Spain, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Tunisia and the Canary Islands and never have we had such an abysmal choice of food. We booked half board but, No buffet just a menu with a choice of two starters and two choices of two main dishes. Dessert is extra. I paid for half board, not half of half board, no desserts included?? Virtually half and sometimes all dishes were pasta which is not good if you want to eat healthy or if like me you are diabetic. Breakfast had even less choice. Cereal, bread, croissants, and cakes. One choice of sliced cheese and sliced ham. Yoghurt, tomato juice and peach no orange juice, no hot dishes at all. Cannot recommend this hotel unless you just want a cheap place to sleep. I mentioned the staff were good, i will praise Miguel in the restaurant who besides being multi lingual was very good at his job, trying to find alternatives, some not on the menu, to help with my dietary requirements The Hotel is a 3 star the restaurant i would rate a zero.
