기대 이상 이었어요. 위치도 도보 15분이면 라파예트까지고 아침 산책겸 몽마르뜨도 다녀왔어요. 근처에 식당 빵집 마트도 있구요. 1층 바도 분위기가 좋았어요

服務很好，就是早餐不是自助

Really beautiful hotel. Our room was super clean and the decor was amazing. All of the public areas of the hotel too - clean and stunning. We used the spa every day of our stay - definitely worth booking your hour in each day it was lovely to go in there after a long day of walking. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was beautiful and the room had everything you could need. Reception was really helpful and great service throughout. We also ate lunch at the restaurant on our last day and that again was great the setting is lovely and food & service was 10/10. Location wise we found it to be perfect. Walking distance to Montemarte, a really short walk to Pace de Clichy metro & felt safe with plenty to do the whole time we were there. Would definitely recommend and will for sure stay again!

This hotel is a wonderful hidden gem. Located in a quiet road but close to a little playground and lots of boulangeries and restaurants. We stayed in the Junior Suite with our 10 year old daughter which was fantastic as it had a huge wooden dividing door so it was like having two bedrooms in one! The staff were amazing helping us plan our day and changing the times of our spa booking when we decided to queue for the Eiffel Tower. It was so great to be able to book your own private family pool slot and our daughter loved the jacuzzi button! The restaurant and bar staff were really happy and cheerful. We loved it! Merci beaucoup.

Hotel Ballu exceeded all of our expectations! We stayed for four nights as a family of 5 (three kids 9 and under), and the stay could not have gone better. Our Apartment with Terrace was HUGE and provided the space we needed to spread out. The hotel was beautiful and well-appointed (the private pool in the basement was key for our kids to get some energy out). But what truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Every single person we encountered (from concierge to housekeeping to bartenders) went out of their way to make us (and our children) feel welcome (special shout-out to Axelle and Sophie for providing amazing recommendations for dining and activities and always greeting us warmly). The staff even set up a little Easter egg hunt in the lobby for the kids (which they were over the moon about)! Each day there was a new treat waiting for us in our room (the first day there was a bottle of champagne--what a welcome to Paris)! The location is also excellent. There are outstanding restaurants and cafes nearby, and we appreciated being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist sites. We will recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and hope to be back someday! Thank you, Hotel Ballu!

We loved our stay at Hotel Ballu. We stayed for a weekend in January in a Deluxe Double; the hotel is easily walkable (~25 mins) from Gare du Nord with similar distances to the 'top' of Montmarte and Opera. We barely used the metro at all. We were celebrating my boyfriends birthday and the staff had helped me arrange balloons in the room, a handwritten note and complimentary sweets on arrival. The fluffy robes and slippers were great and we enjoyed the private use of the pool/sauna area. Comfy bed, nice products in the bathroom and would definitely recommend.

Great location with lots of cool places to eat and have a coffee. Easy walking to the centre of Paris. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Great location - quiet street, but convenient and walkable to Montmartre attractions and to train and metro stations. Nicely furnished rooms, nice restaurant and bar. Would stay here again!

As a solo traveller this property had an excellent location for most of the Paris areas that I wanted to be in - Opera, Louvre, Montmartre and while it is really close to Moulin Rouge it’s not a trashy area. Lots of food choices nearby as well, plenty of cafes and restaurants for all budgets. Hotel bar is nice, cocktails are delicious (need to ask bar staff what’s in them as menu is light on detail.) The hotel staff, in particular the reception staff (especially Estelle) are really friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna are a delight to use, and the pool is high enough for laps. You get fluffy robes and slippers along with a bottle of filtered water everyday in the room, it’s the little things that make a difference!
