ホテル モンタナ パリ ラファイエット

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We woke up at 3am to over 30 bedbugs in the beds of both the hotel rooms we had booked out. When we went down to tell the receptionist he was very unhelpful and could not give us a solution so we were left out on the streets with no where to go from the early hours of the morning. When we came back to get a refund a new receptionist couldn’t not help us and told us lies about not having any contact with her supervisors to help us. We have now left paying for 2 nights accomodation that we could not stay at and having to find somewhere else to stay. I suggest that no one ever stays at this hotel.

This is the most disgusting, filthy hotel I've ever stayed in. Having had to book late due to travel delays and needing somewhere close to Gare du Nord, thought this was ideal - wrong!! Room 101 was like a prison cell and towels stained and bathroom in need of renovation. After trying to fall asleep I felt something crawling over by neck and arms. On switching on the light, the bed was literally crawling with hundreds of bugs - large and small. Night manager changed my room but had to endure restless night. Early in the morning they didn't even offer compensation or an apology. 1 week later, the bites erupted on my body - arms, legs, neck - counted about 60 bites! The most horrendous place I've ever stayed in. Staff - terrible Rooms - filthy Bed bugs - plenty

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This establishment advertises facilities that they don't provide! I was unable to stay and was in the room less than 10 minutes and they still refused me a refund, despite them being aware of their own false advertising. I am still fighting for my refund after 10+ emails!!! Also very dirty and incredibly rude staff. I have never left a review before but feel a public duty to warn others so they don't become a victim of theft like myself! BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

L’eau qui coulait de là douche était rouillé, les serviettes de toilette étaient sale et troué, les éviers bouché, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Les remarques ont été faites auprès de l’accueil mais rien n’a été fait. Cet hotel minable profite des touristes.

Terrificante, mi spiace scriverlo ma è stata una esperienza da dimenticare. Camera non pulita, doccia palesemente usata e non igenizzata, alzo la tavoletta del water e ci sono macchie di urina, asciugamani non presenti ma consegnati dopo due core sporchi. Pulci nel letto. Non climatizzata ma questo è nulla. Da evitare, necessità di un completo restauro. Colazione....ho evitato di farla. Personale alla reception fa quello che può. Mi dispiace.

À fuir. Odeur, saleté, pas de serviette, pas de papier toilette (obligé d’en demander) fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas, pas de chasse d’eau, pas d’eau froide. Une honte au vu des prix pratiqués. Éloignez vous de la Gare du Nord mais au moins vous aurez un hôtel digne de ce nom.
