設備：ホテルは新しく、設備は素晴らしいです。バスルームにはスマートトイレがあり、とても清潔で便利です。アメニティは小さなボトルに入っていますが、清掃時に毎日補充されます。初日は給湯器に気づかず、2人が続けてシャワーを浴びたため、お湯の温度が少し低めでした。今後宿泊される方は、少し待つ必要があるかもしれないので、この点にご注意ください。（ただし、オーナーはとても親切で、メッセージや電話にすぐに返信してくれました！翌日には理由を説明してくれました！） 清潔さ：申し分ありません。山の麓に位置していますが、大きな虫は見かけず、たまに小さな飛ぶ虫が1匹いる程度でした（3日間で1匹しか見かけませんでした）。虫はとても小さく、刺されることもなく、簡単に追い払うことができました。女性でも大丈夫でした。安心して宿泊できます。 環境：ホテルは長白山西斜面配送センターの麓に位置し、必要なものが何でも揃うショッピングモールの向かいにあります。寒くなった時に服や靴を買うのに最適です。道路標識によると、西斜面まではわずか500メートルなので、そこへ行く人には便利でしょう。ホテル自体はとても清潔です。ただ、周辺はワンダプラザ一帯といった感じで、ホテル内にアトラクションもあるので、子供連れの家族には向いているかもしれません。安迅はどちらかというと小さなお子様連れのご家族向けです！防音性は少し弱いです。私たちは廊下の一番奥の部屋に泊まり、ホテルとは窓一つで隔てられていました。朝は子供の声が聞こえましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。夜はとても静かでした。 サービス：フロントスタッフには感謝の言葉しかありません！受付の方は荷物を階段の上り下りまで運んでくれ、オーナーは本当に素敵な方でした！私たちの旅程に合わせて交通手段、ラフティング、高麗人参の採取を手配してくれ、質問にもすべて迅速に答えてくれました。自分で手配した交通手段について、不当に高額な料金を請求されるようなことも一切ありませんでした。私たちのような女の子二人にとって、とても安心できて頼りになる滞在でした！朝食に麺にするかトーストにするか迷っていた時も、スタッフの方々は「絶対に期待を裏切らない」と言って、すべて用意してくれました。朝食は事前に注文していたので、翌朝は温かい出来立ての朝食が運ばれてきて、まさに至福のひとときでした！特におすすめは澄ましスープの麺。本当に絶品です。写真に写っているヨーグルトは、お店で使っているもので、あまりにも美味しかったので、同じものを買って帰ることにしました。チェックアウトの時に受付の方がプレゼントしてくれたのですが、お腹がいっぱいだったのでお断りしました。次回は自分たちで買います！とにかく、温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました。皆さんのことが大好きです！おかげで長白山は私たちのお気に入りの場所になりました！次回長白山に来る時は、必ずまたここに泊まります。またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！

An Exceptional Stay of Warmth and Hospitality My stay here was, in a word, amazing. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every aspect was defined by a level of personal care and hospitality that truly sets this place apart.The beautiful, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop. Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

部屋はとても広く、上段で寝たいという子供たちの願いを満たしています。環境は美しいです。さまざまな宣伝、道路標識、ロゴのデザインの美学はすべてオンラインです。多くの権利と利益は終了できません。夜のアクティビティは豊富で、移動線の配置は合理的です。シャトルバスも自動車の手配に役立ちます。温泉に入って最後のバスを過ぎたら、小さなロバを借りることができます。他の時間にシャトルバスを待つのはとても速いです。松果里は出発点が時間通りです。園区で李連貴を食べました。残りは近くのレストランに無料で送迎します。美味しいし、高くないです。ちなみに、ホテルを予約したとき、ラフティングの権利は示されていませんでした。実際、私は赤い柳ラフティングを送りました。私は南坡に行き、フロントデスクにチャーターされたマスターに頼みました。価格もリーズナブルでした。要するに、私は友人に華やかなリゾートをお勧めします。私が文句を言いたい唯一のことは、洗濯機が少なすぎることです。

清明節算淡季，萬達度假區裏保留了四家酒店運行。 從下訂單開始，早早有工作人員聯繫並加微信。入住順利，雖然客人不多，公區依然温暖舒適。房間寬敞，打掃的乾淨，裝修已經有歲月痕跡，好在維護得不錯。 兩天晚餐都在酒店餐廳，幾乎沒有人，但服務員和廚師還是盡力滿足了我們的需求。總體來説，菜品精緻，份量不大，符合星級酒店水準。 節後的客人更少，早餐改用了更精緻的點餐，非常不錯。

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.

Luneng Swissotel Villa は今回の長白山旅行で最も正しい決断でした。特に子供たちと出かけたとき、東北地方で雪を見るのは初めてでした。 別荘から出ると、部屋のバルコニーがとても広くて、きれいな雪が積もっていました。 、毎朝バルコニーから美しい雪景色が見えました。タクシーの呼び出しはタイムリーに来て、オンラインで言及されていた30分の待ち時間はありませんでした。含まれている特典はかなり充実しており、特に温泉は実際に雪の中の露天風呂が含まれています。チェックインのときは少し不愉快でした。延吉から車をチャーターして1,300を支払いましたが、2時半に到着したのですが、3時までチェックインできないと言われました。これは正常です。しかし、私は部屋の掃除が不十分だと言い続けました。私たちは半日後に別荘に行くことを許可されました。私たちより遅く到着した人たちは私たちより早くチェックインしました。
