まず利点について話しましょう。事前に連絡した後、ホテルは眺めの良いヴィラを手配してくれました。全体的なハードウェアは悪くなく、寝具は非常に快適で、ルームサービスは迅速に対応してくれました。 そして、欠点もたくさんあります！ ！一言で言えば、チームは失敗している。 1. 深夜以降に接続が必要な場合は、基本的にフロントデスクまたはコンシェルジュに頼ることになります（小規模なリゾートホテルでは当然のことです）。 2. 2ベッドルームヴィラをご予約の場合は、事前にお電話で空き状況をご確認ください。店に着くのが遅くなって二度見してしまいました！滞在中ずっとコミュニケーションとサービスを提供するバトラーがいなかったことが理解できません。様々なアクティビティの手配はもちろん、何もありません！ 3. 車がホテルの入り口に到着したとき、コンシェルジュは率先してドアを開けず、荷物を運ぶ必要があるかどうか何度も尋ねませんでした。 4. 私たちはオフピークの時間帯に旅行しましたが、ゲストが来るたびに、フロントデスクの2人の受付係は立ち上がって挨拶する習慣がありませんでした。ウェルカムティーやタオルはもちろんのこと。合計2泊の予約をしましたが、1泊した翌日部屋の掃除をしていると、フロントで掃除のおばさんに「今日はチェックアウトです」と言われ、とても困惑しました。アン・ランのフロントのサービスや能力は、ゲストハウスにも及ばないと思います。旅行全体の経験は大きな減点でした。 5. ケータリングは、魚の頭、揚げレタス、チャーハンを除いて、調理済みか、長時間調理されたものを提供します。この質の夕食なら、配らないほうがいいでしょう。あなたのレストランは、安蘭に宿泊するゲストはそれほどセンスが悪く、だまされやすいと考えていますか？しかも、この商品なら、アラカルトで注文すると、とんでもない値段になりますので、よろしくお願いします。 最後に書いたところによると、ホテルは 2024 年の初めにライセンスを Anlu から Anlan に変更したばかりだと聞きました。チームは基本的に変更されず、ハードウェアも変更されず、価格が調整されただけかもしれません。現在、千島湖ホテル安蘭にはこの価格帯で競合するホテルはありませんが、経営陣がこれほどスリムなフロントオフィスと中華料理レストランのチームを維持し続けるのであれば、安蘭の常連客はますます少なくなるでしょう。

私はMinghaoとInterContinentalからInterContinental Hotelを選び、体験しました。客観的な滞在評価と主観的な感想は以下の通りです。 仕える： 客観的で素晴らしい5つ星のレビューは、主にサービスバトラーの趙欣馨さんの温かく忍耐強い対応と、ホテルの熱心な紹介によるものです。ホテルの体験談を積極的にお聞かせください、ありがとうございます！ 環境： 1. ホテル外部環境： 仙山エリアに位置し、徒歩10分圏内で山、池、湖、森林のさまざまな景色を楽しめます。インターコンチネンタル灯台は湖と山の景色を引き立てます。駐車場もとても便利です。外まで運転する必要はありません。 2. ホテルの環境： 夏には、2 つの屋外インフィニティ プールから港と湖の素晴らしい景色をお楽しみいただけます。屋内プールは同レベルのホテルの中では比較的小さめです。港湾エリアに位置しているため、湖畔にはプライベートな緑地があり（リスをよく見かけます）、夕方にはお部屋や湖畔のバーで夕日を眺めることもできます。ホテルに宿泊するとアクティビティがかなり多くありますが、料金は比較的高めです。充電ステーションがあります。 部屋： チェックインの手配は素晴らしかったです。 1. 外観については購入者の写真をご参照ください。窓の外では小さなツバメが至近距離で遊び回っていました。 2.内容：赤ちゃんに優しく接し、赤ちゃんがいる家庭のお世話（入浴、洗濯など）をします。ベッドサイドのデータケーブルとソケットは非常に便利です。 3. 高級客室には独立したドレッシングエリアとダイソンが備わっています。 4. エグゼクティブルームには衣類のメンテナンス設備がございます。 部屋に対する要求が高かったので、レイアウトを少し調整したら、快適になりました！ 食事： 朝食は同レベルのホテルの中でも種類が豊富です。例：9種類のフレッシュフルーツが同時に用意されており、ベネディクトエッグも用意されています。 ホテル選びのヒント: ミンハオ ホテルには素晴らしい大きなテラスがありますが (まだ宿泊したことはありません)、雨の日は役に立ちません。インターコンチネンタルは、さまざまな気象条件を考慮して、屋内ソファと床から天井までの窓、および屋外ソファの 2 つの小さなエリアに分かれています。参考用です。 デメリットと提案: 1. 浴槽はとても大きいのですが、それに合う浴槽カバーがありません。いずれも標準サイズとのことですが、浴槽が高級タイプなので、大きめサイズの浴槽カバーを用意する必要があります。 2. ホテルのエレベーターは各階に行くのにカードをスワイプする必要がなく、セキュリティ感を向上させる必要があります。 3. 平日の夜間はスパの受付スタッフがおりません。 4. 高速鉄道駅からは少し遠いですが（車で45分）、1回の充電で2日間は使えます。途中には立ち寄るべき美しい景色がたくさんあります。

The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

Being A trip.com influencer here is my personal experience and opinion don’t waste your money The gym is not working The picture they uploaded is so old they don’t have this facility now for hot air balloon vouchers you need to pay more attention at least 250 yuan and for other voucher you can you one ride from three i prefer banana boat ride But there are lot of reasons that this hotel not suitable you can choose other better i also regret but overall Trip.com help and support me a lot i am really thankful for them The last some pictures i uploaded as reference they don’t have those things available even they have they say no and they try to charge money on each things Here below i explain each thing in details Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the service. As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel. The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos). The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift. We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price. The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough. The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal. We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

築3年のホテルですが、すべてがかなり使い古されています。スイミングプールは素敵ですが、写真ほど素敵ではありません。子供の屋内遊び場は 5 歳未満の子供には最適ですが、それ以外の子供にとっては、5 つ星の価値はありません。部屋のデザインはかなり奇妙です。私たちはクイーンベッド 1 台とシングルベッド 1 台を備えたスーペリアファミリールームを予約しました。バルコニーでも大丈夫な広さです。しかし、バルコニーには椅子が1脚しかありません。トイレはベッドに直接面しており、シャワーも同様です。同室のゲストにはプライバシーはありません。自分の子供がいても、ある程度のプライバシーは必要だと思います。洗面台がベッドのすぐ隣にあるのも奇妙です。全体的なデザインは私の意見ではよく考えられていません。朝食ホールは巨大ですが、食事の質は残念です（最悪ではありませんが、5つ星としては間違いなく最高ではありません）。朝食ホールの前に立って客を出迎えている女性はいつも不機嫌だ。価格は一般的に得られるものより高すぎます。しかし、いずれにせよ、この島は提供できるものに対してあまりにも高価すぎます。すぐには戻りません。 あと、部屋のトイレが少し臭いです。

家族で千島湖を訪れましたが、このホテルはコストパフォーマンスに優れていました。街中にあるにもかかわらず、とても便利です！ホテルはビールタウンとビール博物館の向かいにあり、灯台までは徒歩約15分ですが、暑い中歩くのはかなり疲れました！ B2駐車場にのみ、6階にあるホテルロビーへのエレベーターがあります！6階には受付と朝食レストランだけでなく、ビデオゲームやビリヤードなどのエンターテイメント施設もあります！かなり種類が豊富です！ただし、宿泊施設に行くには渡り廊下を約5分歩かなければならず、エアコンはありません！まるでオフィスビルを改装したような雰囲気で、受付と宿泊施設が別々の階にあるため、渡り廊下があるのです！ 施設は比較的新しく、部屋はかなり広く、内装もとてもおしゃれです！シンプルな配管が装飾や棚として使われています！バスルームはシャワーとトイレが別々で、とても広々としています！ただ、ゴミ箱が足りないので、2つ追加した方がいいと思います！防音は普通です！ 全体的にはまあまあです。値段に見合った価値があります！

I really appreciate the fact that this place is pet-friendly. Our dog can swim in Qiandao Lake. The scenic view is stunning, and the place is clean and well-organized. The toilet, shower, and hot tub are very comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable. The place is quiet and really relaxing. I highly recommend this place for a staycation.
