LlittleAliWe had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. ゲゲストTSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river.
Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent.
Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.
3. Rooms
Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

ゲゲストWe have been travelled around the globe for several decades, obviously we had stayed in many hotels before, but Wish Hotel is an exceptionally one to our party (6 people), they may not be a five star hotel, but their hospitality and friendliness, it’s rated number one in our hearts. For someone from Canada, who is a beginner with WeChat, I had no idea how to call a DiDi (Uber), book bus tickets and ….., Miss Ng (伍海美） had patiently taught me how to complete all these tasks, when Miss Ng was left for the night, Miss Lee (李小卿）also assisted us. I would like to say Thank you to both of you !
Should I ever return back to Tai Shan again, I will definitely come back to Wish Hotel .

ホテルは長い間営業していましたが、改装され、よく維持されていました。部屋はとても広くて明るく、清潔で臭いもなく、カーペットもとても清潔です。周囲に高層ビルはなく、視界が広く丹江の景色を眺めることができます。
部屋には魔法瓶ポットも用意されており、とても心遣いが感じられます。
タオル、寝具、バスアメニティはすべて非常に便利です。バスタブも二人で利用できるので特に嬉しいです。スイミングプールもあるので、旅行中にリラックスしたり泳いだりするのに最適です。
朝食は数種類のお粥など豊富で美味しいです。地域の特色もたくさんあります。 👍

RRachel1231このホテルは長大昌モールに直接接続されており、ショッピングや食事に非常に便利です。私はこのホテルをみんなに強くお勧めします。とても清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。また、モール内には人気のチェーン飲料店が多く、すべて徒歩圏内です。

ゲゲスト今回初めて宿泊しましたが、部屋も広く、綺麗でした。洗濯機や乾燥機もあり、旅行者にとっては助かります。朝食は中華って感じでしたが、種類も多く、普通に美味しく食べられました。全体的にはコスパの良いホテルと思います。

ゲゲスト獨自騎行住上一晚，刻意選擇面積較大的房間好好休息。
地方很寬敞，設備滿意，附近環境雖然有市場，但沒有噪音。
可以改善的地方，416房間的電視機揚聲器好像有點問題，應該跟進一下。另外，在凌晨時間聽到一點點他人唱歌的聲音，若再加強一點隔音就完美了。
