このホームステイで素晴らしい経験をしました。スタッフは私の滞在中信じられないほど役に立ちました。彼らは私の食べ物を私の玄関先に直接届けることで助けさえしました、それは非常に思慮深いタッチでした。出発当日、荷物を受け取り、空港に送る交通機関の手配も手伝ってくれて、旅行がずっと楽でストレスがなくなりました。 部屋はきれいで、環境は快適で、サービスは本当に期待を上回りました。この地域を訪れる人に強くお勧めします!

The hotel was delightful: clean, and very well-appointed facilities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff also makes an effort to ensure that your stay is pleasant; very helpful!

実際の仕上げはオンラインで表示されるものに真です。一部の部屋は小さく、すべての部屋はきれいで、3階の畳の部屋に泊まるために数ドルを支払った、部屋は大きく、ベッドは快適で、コーブの光も居心地が良く、唯一の欠点はテレビがないことです宿泊施設。カップルのホストはとても素敵で、宿泊施設を最高の状態に保つためにどれほど勤勉であるかを見ることができます。

Stayed in many Atour hotels across China, and they all have been very good, this is outstanding! Very new and clean rooms within a equally nice compound. Interacted with many staff at different times, they're all very courteous and proactively offer help.

今回の開封旅行は、私が選んだホテルから完璧でした。ホテルは清潔で整頓されていて、立地も良く、交通の便も良く、清明尚河公園や万水山にも近く、毎回タクシーで往復しても費用がかかりません。高速鉄道駅を利用して北京に戻るのもとても便利です。3連泊しましたが、毎日ヨーグルトとワッフルがありました。また、パン・ドンライと同じシャンプー、シャワージェル、ボディローション、コンディショナーのセットもあり、とても便利です。3泊して3セットもらいました。ホテルのロビーには心地よい音楽が流れ、1階の隣には子供用のミニ遊び場があります。朝食の種類も豊富で、魚、スープ餃子、麺などがありました。今回の旅行に選んだホテルにとても満足しています。フロントの対応も美しく、丁寧でした。チェックイン後すぐにWeChatで開封ガイドと開封名物のグルメ情報をプッシュしました。とても詳しく書かれていました。ホテルには傘も用意されていて、雨の日でも親切に声をかけてくれました。開封への楽しい旅でした。子供たちはもっと涼しくなったらまた来たいと言っていました。

第二次入住，這次體驗了帶有露台的房型，房間還是一如既往的乾淨舒適，優越的地理位置實在是無可挑剔，步行兩分鐘就可以入園，隨時都可以回來休息，店內準備了冰鎮礦泉水，還有免費的雪糕，已經推薦給身邊有計劃出遊的同事和朋友，早餐也是開封的特色，雞蛋灌油條，素胡辣湯都是一絕，能感受到老闆的用心。房間裏的按摩椅對於暴走一天的人也很友好，老闆選的品牌一點都不含糊，按摩椅中的高端品牌，不論是房間的裝飾，早餐，店內的工作人員都想給個大大的贊！

Location is near to attraction (wansuishan) but not adviseable to walk since it will be a long day walking Hotel Entrance is on a small street and tend to have traffic congestion due to the illegal parking Reception are friendly and helpful to a certain extend. Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

This hotel is near the train station, but it's pretty far from the city center, and the traffic in Kaifeng is no joke. Like, seriously chaotic. If your whole plan is to hit up the main attractions downtown, just know you’ll be spending a decent chunk of time stuck in the car. That being said, the hotel itself came through in other ways. The laundry service? Absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver, especially when you’re running low on clothes. The staff were super sweet and helped us book a shuttle to the station, which made departure way less stressful. Our room was huge and I actually really loved the design—it had character. Overall, a good stay, just map out your timing if you’re planning to explore the city center.

For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

The housekeeper knocked the door while I was still in bed , she wanted to clean the room. First time she knocked the door I didn’t answer. She was continuing knocked and shouted loudly Fu Wu Yan until the third times of knocking totally 10times+ of knocking the door while I was frightened and looked for the jacket to wear. I was in not properly sleeping suit. I walked to the door and asked what? She said Fu Wu Yan clean the room. I said I didn’t ready to let you cleaned the room. She said Da Rao Le and will clean later. Hmmm I was like?!!! I have never met housekeeping knocked the door until you replied like this in another hotel. If this is normal for this hotel I think it has better way to do than knocking the door until the customer replies and it’s noisy when I didn’t wake up and had to wake up because of housekeeping wants to clean the room….
