ゲゲストこのホテルでの滞在は快適でした。客室は高級感があり、快適で清潔でした。ホテル内は喫煙可能ですが、部屋に煙の臭いが残っていなかったのは嬉しかったです。スタッフは私たちの要望に丁寧に対応してくれ、朝食も種類が豊富でした。
しかし、外国人にとって必要なサービスがいくつか不足していることに気づきました。例えば、タクシーの予約、荷物の発送、ツアーの手配などのサポートが受けられませんでした。荷物の運搬やドアの開閉を手伝ってくれるスタッフはたくさんいるのに、必要なサービスが含まれていないことに驚きました。中国の他のホテルでは追加料金なしで提供されるのが一般的ですが、今回のサービスはゲストエクスペリエンスを向上させる機会を逃しているように感じました。
全体的に見て、ホテル自体は素晴らしいのですが、ゲストエクスペリエンスを向上させるために、これらの追加サービスを提供することで改善の余地があると思います。

ゲゲストオーナーはとても熱心で、素晴らしい滞在体験、とても良いです、衛生状態も素晴らしく、肉眼で見えます、部屋のドアを開けると、一目で見ることができ、清潔で整頓されていて、マットレスもとても柔らかく、オーナーはとても熱心です、そして1回のセックストイレリングがあり、バスルームもとてもきれいです、カーテンは不透明で、毎日目を覚ますと基本的に光が見えず、気密性もとても良いです。個人的には静かで、騒音も少なく、とてもフレンドリーな上司です!

LLay Seng YewI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free.
The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

GGuestYKWell located in a scenic area where my room faces a Bridge and a lake. The staff are very helpful and helped me with my luggage. One needs to walk in about 50 meters where the taxi drops off. The breakfast is personally served. The noise from tourists generally starts at 7:30 am and subside into the evening, the windows are quite noise proof and we have a very good stay and experience overall. A special mention to Yah Fei and the rest of the reception team, waitresses and porters for their enthusiastic hospitality.

匿匿名ユーザーThe hotel room was sufficiently designed for families even though its a smoking permitted room it did not smell as much of smoke as I thought it would. The reception staff are friendly and showed professional hospitality during our stay. My only qualm was that we paid for the “breakfast included” package but the breakfast fas anything but varied, even if it only served Chinese breakfast with more options it would be better… but this was not the case and to top it off the dining hall that needed to serve the whole hotel did not provide sufficient seating space for all the guests… many tables where set up for group dining so many guests dining as a couple took up a 4 seater table and placed personal items on the chairs to keep others from sharing the table. The hotel will benefit from providing guests with more breakfast options and sufficient seating space!

LLisa 丽莎This hotel is near the train station, but it's pretty far from the city center, and the traffic in Kaifeng is no joke. Like, seriously chaotic. If your whole plan is to hit up the main attractions downtown, just know you’ll be spending a decent chunk of time stuck in the car. That being said, the hotel itself came through in other ways. The laundry service? Absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver, especially when you’re running low on clothes. The staff were super sweet and helped us book a shuttle to the station, which made departure way less stressful. Our room was huge and I actually really loved the design—it had character. Overall, a good stay, just map out your timing if you’re planning to explore the city center.

匿匿名ユーザー整體入住體驗特別好，酒店位置很好找，出行交通便利。房間乾淨整潔無異味，被褥洗漱用品都很乾凈，環境安靜不吵鬧。前台小魚服務熱情周到，態度很好，整體性價比很高，入住很舒心，下次入住還會選擇這家！！離景點都很近，夜市也是騎車幾分鐘就能到，非常滿意！

QQLiiThe housekeeper knocked the door while I was still in bed , she wanted to clean the room. First time she knocked the door I didn’t answer. She was continuing knocked and shouted loudly Fu Wu Yan until the third times of knocking totally 10times+ of knocking the door while I was frightened and looked for the jacket to wear. I was in not properly sleeping suit. I walked to the door and asked what? She said Fu Wu Yan clean the room. I said I didn’t ready to let you cleaned the room. She said Da Rao Le and will clean later. Hmmm I was like?!!! I have never met housekeeping knocked the door until you replied like this in another hotel. If this is normal for this hotel I think it has better way to do than knocking the door until the customer replies and it’s noisy when I didn’t wake up and had to wake up because of housekeeping wants to clean the room….

Ffyyyun_庭園は非常に広く、全体的な環境は比較的静かで、場所は非常に良く、すべての観光スポットに行くのに非常に便利です。でも一階だからか比較的湿気が多いです ここに来たらシーツが汚れていたので誰かを呼んで交換してもらいました 彼氏は完全に恥ずかしがっていました、ははは。プールは悪くありません。スリッパとバスタオルは別の棚にあります。スイミングキャップは持参する必要があります。持っていない場合は、入り口で販売することもできます。全体的な感じは星5には物足りない、持ち帰りは部屋に届けられない、衛生管理がしっかりしていない！この価格は開封の人々を非常にがっかりさせるのは本当に簡単です😮💨
