酒店整體以中式設計為主，展現了傳統的中式美學。房間很乾凈，配備了智能設備，空氣凈化器、冰箱等小設施。早餐以開封本地早餐為主，簡簡單單但是味道很好，非常滿意。所有的工作人員都很熱情，看到帶着小朋友，第一時間給了魚糧讓小朋友去投喂錦鯉，小朋友玩的很開心。退房時工作人員給了伴手禮，都是開封本地特色美食，太滿意啦~帶孩子和長者來清園玩真的推薦住在三號院民宿，距離近不費腿，隨時能回酒店休息，這點真是太方便。

The hotel is well located in the middle of places of attraction in a walkable distance. The reception staff are helpful and kind to allow us to do an early check in. There are free tea and coffee near the reception. The room is clean and has modern design. The water pressure of the shower is good and warm. The toilet seat is amazingly warm with auto-flush. There is a free laundry and self-service secured luggage storage cupboard. There is a cheap and delicious Halal Chinese restaurant nearby that opens at late night.

サービスは良かったし、ホテルはきれいだった。 ホテルは、ミレニアムシティパーク(清明上河園)の近くという便利な場所にあります。脇道にあり、見つけるのは少し難しいですが、静かな環境になります(私の本ではプラス)。 クイーンサイズのベッドルームには両側に窓があり、快適なベッドがあり、148元で、本当に良い値だったと思います。

Hotel room was new. Spacious and has window. But, photos mislead people. Hotel room was actually some backyard room, poor exterior but inside was quite new. Then, they asked for more money +$5 to switch to normal room. Breakfast was ok, very low attendance goes to show the hotel is poorly occupied, looking for ways to grab more money from visitors. Bad reputation for Kaifeng.

This hotel is near the train station, but it's pretty far from the city center, and the traffic in Kaifeng is no joke. Like, seriously chaotic. If your whole plan is to hit up the main attractions downtown, just know you’ll be spending a decent chunk of time stuck in the car. That being said, the hotel itself came through in other ways. The laundry service? Absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver, especially when you’re running low on clothes. The staff were super sweet and helped us book a shuttle to the station, which made departure way less stressful. Our room was huge and I actually really loved the design—it had character. Overall, a good stay, just map out your timing if you’re planning to explore the city center.

The housekeeper knocked the door while I was still in bed , she wanted to clean the room. First time she knocked the door I didn’t answer. She was continuing knocked and shouted loudly Fu Wu Yan until the third times of knocking totally 10times+ of knocking the door while I was frightened and looked for the jacket to wear. I was in not properly sleeping suit. I walked to the door and asked what? She said Fu Wu Yan clean the room. I said I didn’t ready to let you cleaned the room. She said Da Rao Le and will clean later. Hmmm I was like?!!! I have never met housekeeping knocked the door until you replied like this in another hotel. If this is normal for this hotel I think it has better way to do than knocking the door until the customer replies and it’s noisy when I didn’t wake up and had to wake up because of housekeeping wants to clean the room….

位置確實沒得挑，離書店街和鼓樓大街都很近，逛吃非常方便。停車場很大，自駕停車完全不用愁，這點要給好評。作為開封的老牌酒店，地段和停車這兩塊兒拿捏了。 建議：設備老化的問題，門內有個不知道幹什麼用的預留口，擋板是松的，有一天突然掉了，幸好當時底下沒人，心裏有點發毛希望酒店能注意和維修。 另外服務體驗有點一言難盡。入住前一小時左右接到電話，説訂的親子房下水道有問題，臨時給升級了一晚套房，第二天換回親子房的時候，鑰匙是機器人送上來就完事，新房間不在同一層，還是離電梯最遠的那個角。長途旅行帶了好幾個箱子和包，全靠自己一個人一趟一趟搬，折騰半天，全程沒有服務員過來搭把手，説實話真的挺累，心累，身體也累。心情一下就鬱悶了，我體諒旺季酒店的突**況，但是酒店實在是寒我的心。 還有個小插曲：有天晚上出門買東西跟前台借傘，近幾年住酒店第一次遇到借傘還要交按金的……也不是説不能理解收按金，但這個操作放在現在的酒店管理確實讓人覺得有點out了。

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the room itself was relatively spacious and comfortable, several issues negatively affected our experience. The cleaning staff knocked on our door early in the morning and woke us. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the hallway, which made it difficult to rest. The gym was practically unusable - most of the equipment was either not working or missing altogether. We also had no hot water for showers, both in the evening and the following morning, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel’s location is not ideal - it’s far from the city center and not close to major tourist attractions. Considering all this, the price was quite high and did not match the value we received. In conclusion, although the room was comfortable, our overall experience was disappointing, and there are certainly better and more attractive options available in the area.
