TtobymBrilliant hotel in a very convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay in Kaili. We especially appreciated the staff's help with finding us a place to enjoy the local cuisine. In addition, the design and decor of the hotel was really beautiful, with lots of attention paid to small details.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay and rest in Kaili.
SSte&GioOur stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television).
Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people.
They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed.
If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10.
Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown.
LLukemorton3The hotel environment is very nice, the room is new and comfortable and has a balcony. The breakfast has many choices. Good service at the front desk, friendly staff. There is a small gym and a laundry room.
LLisa P BI felt so welcomed and comfortable at this boutique hotel in ancient Xaisi. I understood that this hotel was in an older part of Kaili. On further exploration I found it to be in an extremely historic an ancient village of Xiasi that spanned many dynasties. Within walking distance to can find architecture that represents Qing and other dynasties . Xiasi’s streets reveal layers of history where Han, Miao, and merchant cultures converge. Stone streets, wooden covered bridges, decorated eaves, bell towers, and imperial and domestic courtyards reflect exquisite craftsmanship. My room overlooked the Qingjiang River. It was beautiful appointments with indigo fabric details. I especially liked the Chinese red chair. My room also have a spacious balcony. The owner took care of me like I was her daughter. It was so sweet. The central courtyard of the hotel is a lush garden. I loved exploring Xiasi during the quiet off-season. Its enchanting alleyways and ancient architecture is extraordinary. It’s especially romantic as evenings falls and this historic village is lit by red lanterns. I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning.
ゲゲストFantastic hotel with exceptional service.
Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice).
The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance).
Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili.
