PPockyBackpackThis hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious.
Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them.
The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

We stayed for three days and felt at home, as we experienced much kindness and care from the staff, who was ready to help us with any issues we had. ゲゲストThis hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good.

MMelissaHongGrand library with many books. It is apparent that owner had invested substantial capital in the building and room construction. Room has all amenities with both choice of cloth bath towel and disposal. Bed is clean and comfortable but carpet needs attention.
The property also has a resident friendly cute mini Yorkshire terrier who greets guests on arrival. Very charming.
We had dinner at the property, restaurant table was closed and we were seated in cafe library. Very comfortable and calm environment. Meals were reasonable and not bad.
For improvement:
Not sure if it is due to off peak season, service attitude of a few front desk receptionists is lacking and can be improved. Cafe library is closed and we weren’t able to have breakfast there. Reluctantly we had to have breakfast in room which isn’t our preferred choice as the lobby is closed even at 8:15am when we went downstair to check on status of our breakfast.

ゲゲストSuch a good place in the heart of Tagong! Very clean and the owner is an amazing person! I booked a double room but he offered me a free upgrade to a bigger room. He also helped me book a bus and came all the way with me to the bus station to make sure I board the right bus. I really recommend this place!
